Prior to seeing Jessica he made virtually no sounds. Jessica is kind and patient and is awesome with kids! After only a couple of sessions my son was so comfortable with her that he now walks right into her office when we arrive and gives her a hug when we leave. Jessica has also been very good at providing me with guidance and recommendations of things to work on at home. I would recommend Jessica if you are looking for a speech pathologist in the Vancouver area.

I tried again months later to give them another chance. I waited weeks for my in home appointment. I missed one call 2 days before my appointment but did not receive an email or voicemail. On the day of the appointment I booked the afternoon off and was ready for my appointment. One minute after it was supposed to start I received a text message canceling the appointment because there was no SLP that day. I expressed my frustration and the staff lied about calling me 3 times and did not apologize. That was their last chance. Thanks for wasting weeks of my life waiting for undelivered services. Go anywhere else!

Yesterday I called them in the afternoon, but nobody answered the phone, so I left a message on their website hoping that they could reach me back later on; however, I didn't hear anything back. So this morning I called the number again, and a lady answered my phone. I was surprised that the lady didn't speak English well, nor did she show any warmth or enthusiasm when doing customer support/service. She said "Hi" to me at the very beginning, but that's it; I didn't hear anything like "how are you", "thank you" or "goodbye" throughout the conversion. I had planned to use their service for sure to improve my speech; however, I changed my mind after this call. There is no way for me to trust a speech therapy service provider like this.

It was not easy for my mom, but my mom always willingly returned,as they treated her with respect and kindness in her progress, and when she faltered, they encouraged her.i was impressed with every visit I attended, and I know that if I needed that same care now, it's what I will receive.
