The worst customer experience I've had…read more This photo shows their shop locked during their posted business hours on a Saturday. I arrived to pick up a repaired snowblower and waited along with two other customers. Their answering machine greeting also stated they were open, but no one showed up and none of my voicemails were returned. Later, their online hours were changed without any acknowledgment of what happened. The result was a wasted weekend morning and unnecessary logistical hassle on my end. Communication throughout the process was consistently poor. Before dropping off my snowblower, I specifically asked if two people would be available to help unload it due to a back injury and was told yes. When I arrived, no additional help was provided, and I was still asked to assist. The snowblower had been partially disassembled to transport it, and comments were made about reassembly that ultimately did not occur. When I asked basic questions about delivery options and final cost after being notified the repair was complete, I was brushed off. Based on the lack of reliability, responsiveness, and professionalism, I would not return and would caution others to expect similar treatment.

My dad dropped the mower off for me, and I was surprised to get a call almost immediately that it was already finished. No quote, no communication -- just a quick job and a bill for $154. When we arrived, there was no greeting -- just an abrupt "I can help you out front." As we tried to walk around the building, the owner yelled at us to come through instead. It was unprofessional and unnecessary. While my dad loaded the mower, I went inside to pay and asked for a breakdown of the charges, especially since the repair took under five minutes and all I suspected it needed was a spark plug. The owner became defensive and refused to give a clear explanation. He said parts were $74, including a spark plug and an air filter -- even though I had cleaned the air filter myself the night before and never authorized a replacement. When I questioned this, he got up and walked off. To my shock, I found him outside removing the new spark plug from my mower out of the back of my dads truck because I had asked him to outline the charges. As quick as it was to install a $154 dollar job is how long this took, maybe 3 minutes. He then came back in and demanded $120 for labor alone. I paid and left, but I will never return. The lack of transparency, rude attitude, and unprofessional behavior were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Honest Engines to anyone.

Not sure what happened to this company. We will not recommend them to anyone that asks. Last year my neighbor also told me she never got a response after leaving a message.

Took it to several body shops and was told it's totaled. A friend told me to give Travis a call before looking for a new truck. Best advice I've gotten in a long time. Travis told me he could fix the crack in the frame. I was one happy camper. Got it back the next day. The truck looks and drives exactly like it did before the frame broke. That was three years ago. It's still driving. He also did some welding and painting on our live stock trailer that we are extremely happy with.

Marshall and his team are always very respectful of our home, our time and our budget needs. They are always kind and helpful in recommending what we need, and beyond if they notice other things they can help with. they use a black light to spot any stains we didn't notice (we have pets), and a special enzyme solution to keep from the dogs wanting to use that area again. And they give you a life time supply of their enzyme solution to use for spot treatment! If you run out, let them know, leave the empty bottle on the porch and they'll fill it up for you! Our carpets always smell SO good and feel soft after they leave. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is amazing! If you need a cleaning done, book right away, because they are booked about 2-3 weeks out (they're very sought after, and worth the wait).
