As an example he noticed my brand new trailer was not set up correctly for my boat ("set up" by another dealer) and for very little money pulled my boat, adjusted everything, replaced a cracked roller and lubed the hubs. I have had this engine serviced by others (boat was out of town) and it ran noticeably worse than when Tom did the service. Definitely two thumbs up!
