Then they wouldn't answer their phone, on Wednesday, they finally said it would be ready Thursday about noon, we had doctor appointments and could not pick it up, until Friday, they said Friday morning would be fine, we live 20+ miles away. We drive in about 10 am Friday, they had sent it to another shop for a front end alignment, without asking us, and we wasted a round trip to pick it up. They would not even tell us where they sent it, so we could call and cancel the allignment, and be able to have our principle means of transportation back for the weekend! All together, we drove 120 unnecessary miles, because they could not be bothered to communicate with us.

Stopped here on a hope that we can get in some riding but found something better. My son, who never…read moredrove an ATV before, was able to be placed on 110 cc quad and took off riding! They have a spot just for the kids where the adults are monitoring the area to make sure they all stay safe. One hour was under $100 and they provided all the gear. Staff will even give a quick 5 min tutorial of the machine and make them do a figure 8 to show that they can turn. My only complaint is how many times I needed to provide a copy of my driver's license. They make a photocopy and then take 2 more pictures while filling out the paperwork. We will be back for sure to ride the quads in the dunes later! Ask about their military discounts as well.

Pair this with the fact that it took longer to fill out paperwork than we spent behind the wheel of this super beat up base model Canam, would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a SXS rental. (Yes, this machine cost $400 for 2 hour rental... crazy!)

Lives in a sketchy neighborhood on a gravel road that sounded like it is hard to find. Says they're too busy and forgot all about my message from a couple days ago. They could not even estimate a cost for doing 1 foot of stitchup work. A ballpark estimate before I make a longish drive would have been nice but none was forthcoming. She changed her Yelp business photo after our encounter. It used to have her business card showing and it said she did service at your home. Barview is a sketchy neighborhood too. As for no phone calls, I have POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) and no way to screen for junk calls so only those who know how to call me (8 rings) can get through since the junk callers quit ringing after 6 rings. She is not on the computer much is her claim but she had enough time to post a longish inaccurate post about this situation. Go figure!

My most recent encounter with their services did not disappoint. Working on a time crunch, Wegferd's Printing and Publishing worked in cooperation with Action Trophies to provide the entire community of Eastside, Oregon with Neighborhood Watch Signs at competitive prices and in remarkable time. Quite literally, from the time the order was placed until delivery, we waited less than 2 days. Impressed over the years, and impressed all over again. Everyone encourages people to support local business, and I must say I am delighted to when the service, price and quality is comparable to what I could find elsewhere. Thanks for going over the top to help our neighborhood! Once again, you are appreciated!
