When you make an appt, you'd get reminder emails and texts which is super helpful. Also worth mentioning: I had to prepay for my service when I booked the appt. I didn't mind doing this. I just ended up getting cash for tip for the day of. The location is fairly easy to find with GPS even though I drove past it and has to make a u-turn but that was my fault for not paying attention. The salon is located downstairs.
