As of recently, this location has a manager by the name of EVIE (Hispanic older woman with a masculine metrosexual haircut) and I am very displeased with her behavior. I had a return that was after 30 days - the policy states that any return AFTER 30 days WITH receipt is due a merchandise credit which is completely fine with me, I did not expect to be refunded my money. She was refusing my return for a merchandise credit and only after I pressed the issue and told her she MUST uphold the policy did she process my return for a merchandise credit. She told me she would "try" to do it as if she was doing me a favor. She literally tries to deter returns by LYING to customers about the return policy despite it being written in black and white. (They don't like to process reruns because it messes up their sales quota) It's not my job as a consumer to instruct her to follow Rainbows return policy. She said that "they" said they cannot honor returns after 30 days despite what the policy says in the store. She is a bold face liar and I will be contacting corporate, as a manager she should always follow policy!

I understand about Covid protocols but at least have people try it on before buying. How else are you going to make sells like that? I understand body suits you can't because of the crotch area but at least be considerate for customers to try on clothes that way we don't go back and have that complicated exchange or refund issue. They have always have a discounted rack outside their store of styles that are 50%+ off. The quality is superb, the garments are mostly a cotton or cotton blend and just so comfortable with special details such as pleats and darts strategically placed to make the most flattering cuts. I had a shy friend in the car while passing by I shared that this store is where Ie my partner and I go for lingerie and other stuff My friend was apprehensive on going in saying, it's embarrassing and it's just not a comfortable environment. I just had to stop and show my friend, this is the place to go. We are immediately greeted at the door with a smile across their face. Immediately easing your nerves. Upon going into the store it's mandatory to Sanitize your hand, with the store's provide by the store, to obtain the COVID-19 rules. Employees at Amors, encourage you to look around for as long as you like by yourself or with a staff member if requested. You don't feel rushed and all questions are answered and explained with excellent knowledge. Being my friends first time she was really excited and bought 4 items. Store just gained another loyal customer, due to great having a great environment due, to adapt each customers level of comfortability. Store is very clean.
