Some of the workers here try to be hot shot, know it alls when in fact they are not even close. It takes forever to get the right part sometimes due to lack of knowledge of the parts they are selling. Multiple times have I also overheard workers giving out advice that was completely wrong to people asking about repairs. I've even seen their employees screw up putting wiper blades on a customers car. This place does have a good selection of parts when I am in a bind and the service can be very good at times. Its just a very hit and miss kind of place when it comes to satisfaction.

Ty was very helpful and told me that I just need to charge the battery because the charge was low. I also learned where the jumper cables would hook up if I ever needed it (different than my old car). We saw leaves under the hood near the windshield and he helped me take them out. Ty said leaves can block the circulation and cause rust. He is very funny too. $250 Saved! Thank you Ty!!
