In the contact form, I wrote to her about how excited I was for this specific milestone in my life and how I would love for her to photograph it since I've followed her for SO long. She even seemed excited in the text she initiated, so I know I didn't say something wrong. At first I figured she was busy, but then I never received anything noting that she would get back to me at a later time, etc. She does such beautiful work, but I am so disappointed in the way I was treated. We knew we wanted a great videographer for throughout the day but also specifically to capture our ceremony and special moments in the reception, as we had a sort of "destination" wedding and many of our family and friends couldn't be there in person. Our photographer recommended Patrick to us and from the very beginning, it was a blast. He worked with us to create a package based on our needs and was very friendly (and funny) from the get-go. When the big day came, we couldn't have asked for anyone better. It was wonderful that he already had a working relationship and rapport with our photographer (Alyssa Flores) so they were a great team already. He and Adam (the second shooter he brought along) seamlessly blended in and managed to capture our special day in such a beautiful and authentic way. And continued to make us laugh all throughout the day too; which is very important and true to us. :) Not to mention, he already had a preview video reel compiled by the end of the day (and was showing me little sneak previews throughout the day too). He then had our full video footage ready to go just days later; it was so exciting to be able to see everything so quickly. I'm so grateful for the beautiful work he did and that we now have that footage so we can relive our wedding day over and over for years to come. My friends couldn't speak highly enough about them and pretty much told me I would be an idiot if I did not have them for our special day. We had our engagement photos done in October of 2019, something my fiance and I were a bit hesitant to do.
