We immediately got a sense of warmth and charisma from the power couple. :) There are countless things that I can say about them but I'll say my top which I think may be of service to others who are scouting for their photographer/videographer: -Kasie and Patrick are extremely in sync. They tell it like it is in a very tactful and get-down-to-business way. When you're up against the clock, and you don't have a lot of time to be indecisive .. they can help you make sound decisions, as they are experts at their craft. Our hotel venue could not let us know where we could have a moment for the first look, but they scouted out the best spot right away. -great communication. Most of our wedding guests complimented how nice they were and how efficient and quick they were. -on my wedding day there were countless moments of stress that I could never in a million years foresee (I tried to plan for things so it'd be smooth sailing day-of) and they were like so nice to me when I felt my head was going to explode with anxiety. One of my favorite moments of the day they probably don't remember, but it was when Kasie and I were in the elevator before the first look and she was just so empathetic and kind to listen to me vent about how I felt in over my head with having such a big bridal party (who were a hand full to say in the least!) .. and also Patrick helping me put on my high heel shoes again when I took them off since they were killing my feet. 1000% would seek their services again if I'm in the area again to visit, or in town for a family reunion. Thank you for making a significant impact on our lives!!

They first took the time to get to know us as a couple, then carefully planned out the timeline with us, and were very professional at the day of the wedding. What made them really special to us is how they laughed, cried, and celebrated our special day with us. They were more than a couple of people we've hired to shoot footage for us at our wedding, they were our friends. Margaret and I got our final wedding footage back sooner than we've expected. We were both blown away by the final footage and couldn't stop watching it over and over again. Their storytelling skills are phenomenal. They captured the day and all the emotions so vividly, it felt as if we were getting married again and again every time we played the video. We've shared the film with all our friends and family members and the comments we get back are all the same: the video is out of this world. Yes, the videography cost us a bit more than what we've first anticipated, but looking at it from hindsight, it was worth every penny. Our wedding day was made more special by their professionalism and our lasting friendship with them. It's not an exaggeration when I say they are the best in their field. Just check out their work on the website and read the reviews from other couples and you'll see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

We hired Derek to provide a photo booth for our organization's annual appreciation dinner. We have never had anything like this before but wanted something fun for our members to do during cocktail hour and we were not disappointed. Derek was very responsive to our emails and worked with us to create a custom design for the photo template. He was on time to set up and ready to go when our guests arrived. His props were clean and updated... nothing dirty or torn like I have seen before with another vendor. They made sure the table was always tidy and organized after each group took photos. I was so impressed with him during our email and phone calls I decided to hire him for my 50th Birthday Party the following week. Like at the work event, he was on time and very responsive to any requests. I even ordered the custom wood photo album and it is beautiful. Derek's wife, Jade was at the table making sure my guests put a picture in my book and wrote me a little note. They are a lovely team and worked hard at both events to provide an excellent product for our guests. Derek also does regular photography and video. I can only imagine how fabulous he is at that. I wish I had hired him to take photos at my party ‍ His prices were very competitive and I honestly feel he gives you the most for your money. I did call a couple other companies and they were both more expensive and not as responsive. So if you want a fun couple that will engage with your guests and make sure your event has a fun vibe, Derek is the guy for the job!!

We are so happy with that decision. He was such a professional, and his skill for organizing large groups of people for photos is unmatched. How he got everyone to look good at the same time is pure magic. All of our family and guests raved about him -- he was everywhere, capturing everything we would want to remember. With his teammate Scott (the videographer), we had full coverage of our wedding day. They got there early for getting ready shots and created a quick bond with our wedding party. I feel like he really captured us well as a couple. He also did our engagement photos, which were amazing (of course!). We did two great locations with him and it was a great chance to get to know him before the big day. As a side note: his wife Jade Preciado was our wedding planner for the day, and those two make an amazing pair. It made it even more of an easy decision to have him photograph our rehearsal dinner, and he felt like more than just our photographer because of their bond. If the two of them are both free on your wedding day, scoop them up!!

I wholeheartedly recommend her as someone to work with for capturing important life events. I was proposing in Central Coast CA on a vacation, and didn't know the area well. I had found a winery that I thought looked good, and used Yelp to connect me with a few photographers. I knew right away that I wanted to work with Jana - she was *by far* the most thoughtful, responsive, and creative photographer I was put in touch with. Jana went above and beyond in the days before the proposal, coming up with a fantastic game plan (complete with time stamps for where to be when!) to both create a special moment and keep it a surprise right up until the proposal - exactly the organization I needed. Moreover, she called the winery in advance and arranged for a bottle of champagne on ice at the proposal location, for my fiancé and I to enjoy afterwards. On the day of, Jana arrived early to the winery to identify a location amongst the vines that was both secluded and beautiful, and coordinated with staff on-site to ensure everything went off without a hitch. The photos themselves were fantastic. She beautifully captured our happiness and excitement in the moment, with amazing lighting and scenery to boot. Afterwards, we took many other photos (Jana had great ideas for poses!) and walked to a couple other locations at the winery to capture more shots of the special occasion. And, she turned them around and shared the photos with us in barely 24 hours, allowing us to smile and re-live the moment over and over again in the days following the proposal. A proposal is a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and this one would have never gone off as well as it did without Jana's photographic talent, creativity in planning, and organization. I'm incredibly grateful to have worked with her, and would recommend her to anyone with an upcoming special occasion that needs a top-notch photographer! Thank you again, Jana!
