Supporting a small, family ran business was just one of the highlights. The boat was spotless and basically new. It had everything stocked and well organized. The pick up experience was flawless and very efficient, as was the drop off at the end of the rental. Fuel is also included in the rental price, so we didn't even have to refuel at the end of the experience. I honestly can't recommend full pull enough, if you're looking for a boat rental in Manistee/Onekama, look no further. We'll definitely be back next year.

We…read morestayed in the Class Act lodge which was superb, and such a convenient location for having to wake up at 4am and be on the boat! A beautiful 34 foot Tiara boat fully equipped. We had 13 lines out, and caught eight beautiful king salmon in a torrential downpour over about five hours. Afterwards the fish were completely cleaned, skinned, and de-boned for us afterwards. Our freezer looks wonderful right now! Would definitely return. Good value for the money. The lodge was a little pricy-- 40 dollars per person seemed cheap, but when there were six of us and we paid $240 dollars for one night, it seems a little steep. Don't hesitate to give them a call and schedule your next charter! :)

She also made her way around the boat to see how all the passengers were enjoying their trip. She was fantastic! Jo-Jo was a great captain. He was also very friendly and took the time to talk with my 6 year old. Brenden was also very wonderful. Making sure all the walkways were clear and safe. He was also taking the time to talk with the passengers. Lyndon was our bar tender and was also so incredibly nice. Made some great Long Island iced teas and was great to chat with. Stayed here for one night during a Northwest Michigan nature getaway. Jan and Jim are both super hip kind folks that gladly take care of your every need or want. Jan was very accommodating with my vegan lifestyle and made me a delicious breakfast. The rooms are all decorated different, with lots of original and traditional Victorian decor. Lots of opportunity to learn about the history of the home, the prior owners, and the town. Plenty of literature. The sunroom is fantastic! For a fifteen dollar donation I got to enjoy two hours of Jim's hospitality, meeting the cats and the talkative parrot Josefina - Jose for short. The collections are really impressive, the architecture is both stunning and cozy.
