We were a group of 6 and went with the Elvis Platter, which came with all the fixings and enough meat to put you (or 6 of you) in a meat coma. All of the meats for that matter! Enough to fill our tummies and our boots. The meat was tender and smoked to perfection. Some a little dry, but nothing a slathering of BBQ sauce can't fix. My favourite was the sausage!
