I absolutely love Sleeping Tiger Tattoo! I have been coming here since November 2024 and have had excellent experiences every time. They are professional, kind, hilarious, and attentive to your needs. I've been tattooed by Trevor and Nick and they are masters at their craft. Chef's kiss! I've seen Willy do some insane tattoos. The studio is decorated with beautifully macabre artwork and is kept immaculately clean. They are active on social media and respond quickly to questions. I recommend this studio to anyone and everyone who compliment my tattoos.

My appointment was for 12pm, went over the design with Tattoo Artist Willy who is also the owner of the Tattoo shop. After going over all the details he began at 12:30pm. During the session all I can say is he was very professional throughout the entire process. Very clean shop, had some music in the background, and any questions or concerns I had he answered. By 7:30pm he was finished with the Tattoo. The legit amount of detail and time he focused in on is amazing. I absolutely 100% love the design and Tattoo. I'd highly recommend him and his shop to anyone wanting to get a tattoo. You pay for what you get in my opinion. Before leaving he explained how to care for the tattoo and if I had any issues to call him. Yet personally I've had previous tattoos and if you don't care for them properly then yes you can get an infection and have problems. All I can say is he is the go to guy I will return to for the touch ups on my previous ones and a another one going on my leg.

We've been working on my entire huge back piece from my shoulders down to my crack. Her work is so beyond beautiful I had to ask her to do a tattoo of the personal painting she painted herself. I've been getting tattoos by Willy since 2019, and it was only natural to continue getting tatted by him in his shop Sleeping Tiger. Willy himself is phenomenal: insanely talented, extremely professional, and a genuinely good person who will give you a piece of art every single time. The entire shop is amazing, and all of the artists' there are fantastic, and incredibly kind. I've traveled all over the states and overseas, and the number one question I get is where did you get your tattoos done -- without fail, it is always the ones done by Willy. If you're thinking of getting a tattoo, regardless if you have hundreds of ones already, or if this is your first one, go to Sleeping Tiger. You'll be spoiled for any future experience that doesn't involve Willy and the crew from there on out. read more

First time at this shop and I gotta say I was impressed. As soon as you walk-in you'll notice just how clean and organized the whole shop is. The artist I had was Kurtis who I came across via Instagram. I was impressed with his work and am glad I reached out. From booking the appointment to the tattoo actually being worked on the whole process was very easy. Kurtis did not disappoint, I gave him a reference photo I had for what I was looking for and when I arrived for the appointment he had drawn up a couple ideas with slightly different variations such as different directions of the tail and different way the ears for the cat looked to give me a couple options. He gave some really great advice on the different variations which helped me make the decisions I made for the final drawing. He made the first experience here very comfortable and I will be recommending this shop and Kurtis to everyone. I will definitely be back for more in the future, and a huge thank you again for this super cute kitty read more

Will's work is beyond exceptional. Super stoked on his new shop and bringing more spotlight to talented artists. As someone who has had most of their tattoos done twice - always shop for quality and aligning vision with your artist, never cost. Will is punctual with his appointments and artwork and will respond to your DM's. By far the best experience I've had getting tattooed by more than a handful of shops around town. read more

I went to frank for a tattoo thinking I was about to embark on a meaningful, spiritual journey of self-expression. What I actually embarked on was a psychological thriller directed by someone who once saw a tattoo machine in a YouTube ad and said, "Yeah, I can do that." First of all, this man's studio looked like a storage unit that lost a custody battle. The "vibe" was somewhere between abandoned dentist office and haunted vape shop. There was a single folding chair that sounded like it was begging for mercy every time I breathed. Now let's talk about the tattoo. I actually had to take a lap around the studio because WHAT DO YOU MEAN THAT'S ON MY BODY FOREVER AND IT'S PERFECT??? The lines are so clean they look AI-generated. The shading? So smooth it feels illegal. The placement? Spiritual. Cosmically aligned. If I stand at the right angle I'm pretty sure it unlocks inner peace. I keep catching myself staring at it like it's a new pet. I have shown it to strangers. I have adjusted my outfits to make sure it's visible. I moisturize it like it's royalty. If it asked me for rent, I would pay it. The pain? Worth it. The adrenaline? Elite. The emotional attachment? Concerning. This tattoo has changed my personality. I wanted to fit into the theme of north arrows but I didn't want to be literal as I already have a compass tattoo. I'm from Oregon and wanted a stalk of lavender and a bee. Tony understood the assignment and made it so artsy I can't stop looking at it. I'm not sure if I asked for an arrow, as I was exhausted from being out as sober support for my other surveyors after hours, but there is a shape of one with the bee and flower. I traced the lines on a photo because I am that professional and so my qa/qc . I truly love it! The whole appointment was a wonderful experience and now we both have a bee tattoo. I never get spontaneous tattoos and I'm so glad this worked out so well. I doubt I'll do it again unless I find Tony! I'll likely find him/travel if I get another larger tattoo in the future. Also, I want to note he was very respectful and aware I was a child of trauma with issues and a fidget toy. He not only watched for any buddy language, but also empathize with me in his families life experiences. Easiest tattoo experience I have had and it erased a "bad" experience relating to another tattoo artist, though their work was also very good.
