Telling her it was her fault she should have paid attention better and that he would not be helping her in anyway to make this right. She let him know the purchase was for another family in need and that she didn't expect a refund just a fridge that was in working order. His response again was it was her fault for not paying attention to what she signed and her fault for not doing a better inspection of the fridge. then reiterated that he would do nothing as she had made the purchase and it was her fault.
