She then wanted to force both me and my girlfriend onto a "test mattress" to see what bed fit us I declined and then she proceeded to ask me what I was doing there and told me I could not afford a mattress because they usually "run from 2,000-10,000 dollars". I understand now why people prefer to do their shopping online it's so they don't get talked out of stores if I could've given this a 0 star review I would have absolutely done that.

The mattress is lacking support and comfort. I now have back issues that I did not have prior to this mattress. I don't know what is worse, the selection and quality of the mattress or the customer service. After consulting with their managers, the only option I have is to spend even more money to have my mattress replaced. Never trust a business that never runs sales and accepts no returns ever. Will never buy again and cannot recommend to anyone. If you buy from them, you're essentially stuck.

They are a part of Orrville's Runions' Furniture and carry various styles of furniture: couches, tables, beds, mattresses, lighting, home accents and misc gifts. They have the typical big name furniture brands like Serta and La-Z-Boy but also modern styling and patterns from brands like Trica, Norwalk and Steven Shell, the former I've always liked. They're also carrying Luminara candles and Coblentz chocolates, I'm guessing for the upcoming holiday season. If you're not in the market for furniture have a walk through to experience all they have. You might find something small for you or a friend. Friendly staff that aren't at all pushy. Example, you love that gorgeous wood table with the glass and tile inlay? That's the only one they've got and it didn't come out of catalog - someone made it in a studio in Southern Ohio. Same with some of their decorative art pieces. Fish Furniture or Levin's this is NOT. Which is why I love this store! It's half art gallery - half furniture store. In less than a month, the furniture looked like the pictures below. I sent the pictures to the owner and he promised it would be taken care of. He soon stopped returning my calls and blaming the manufacturer. We had to buy furniture off of Marketplace to have furniture in our living room so now we are out of close to $4,400. The furniture hasn't been sat in a year and the owner says he is now not responsible because the manufacturer is out of business but may return in July. If the manufacturer doesn't replace our furniture in July he offered for us to buy furniture at his cost from him. Are you kidding me! I have been so kind and nice and pleasant trusting in people and I would not recommend anyone buy from this business in the future. When delivered it was a queen size mattress and the employee that sold it to us acted like he did nothing wrong. The only thing We are guilty of is not catching his mistake. He then had "his boss" Rob call us from another store. He has done absolutely nothing as well. It has been a nightmare to deal with. The absolute worst customer service experience we have ever had. Not only are they not helping at all with an even exchange, but are also charging us for a restocking fee for a mattress that WE DID NOT ORDER!!!!! Why would we order a queen size bed if we have a King size at home??? How does that make any sense? They are totally at fault and completely do not care. We have made multiple phone calls with no response. I am 7 months pregnant with no bed to sleep in. If I were you, I wouldn't step foot in this place. Customer service is terrible and they make promises they don't keep just to get a sale. The quality of the mattress is garbage too. I will NEVER buy nor refer anyone to Mattress Firm and will tell anyone that will listen how awful this place is.
