Despite some of the lower reviews, this was a really pleasant stay--especially because of the friendly, welcoming staff. The only issue was that the pool was closed due to the heater not working. While that was a slight disappointment, it didn't take away from the overall experience. What truly stood out was the front desk team. Vanessa, Daisy, Cassie, and Kendra all deserve recognition for their genuine smiles and positive personalities. They consistently treated guests with respect and created a welcoming atmosphere that made a lasting impression. It's because of their efforts that I took the time to write this review. Thank you for such a welcoming experience! read more

Horrible experience all around. See the pics? Mold! When I asked for reasonable accommodation, General Manager Rachel Mowrey said, No, and now I am exercising my right to refuse service and you have 15 minutes to leave. This was an Epic fail in the hotels part. Staff Chance and Vanessa were asked to come and see the mold. They did and were seemingly nice, but told lies after the situation. DO NOT stay at this hotel. Motel is sub par to normal sleep inns and old and nasty. Took one look at room and checked out. Manager Thomas refused to refund 4 night stay and this reflects on how customers are actually treated as well at this motel. No customer service! Was attending wedding and locals learned of plight and said do not stay at that motel! read more

Horrible management. Very filthy place. Sheets were not clean. I will never stay there again.

Great hotel and staff! Super clean and well taken care of. Having a pool and hot tub available for guests is always a plus. Our go to in Nampa and we always recommend this hotel to our friends and family. read more

I will give this establishment three stars because the bed was clean and comfortable. Just the ticket when you are in town for three days. Located along the freeway but noise is minimal. Now for the cons of the room; the shower has no latch so water escapes to the bathroom floor. Be careful when exiting or you will slip and break your bum. The toilet was obtained from a grade school I believe because when you sit your knees are under your chin. A grab bar would be helpful when getting up. As far as details, and the devil is in the details, the toilet lid is on crooked and this could be fixed. The staff is great, especially the swing shift clerk. Friendly and helpful with a million dollar smile. I would stay here again if I'm the area. read more

Worst service I've had in my first time in Nampa. This is not how you treat people and the manager Thomas is an idiot! I would rather pay too dollar at Best Western or the Hilton then stay here and treated horribly. read more

Rooms were very small. There are only three tables in the breakfast area. I realize the fair was in town, and the rates everywhere would be higher. The staircase leading up to the second floor smelled terrible and had not seen a vacuum in ages. The room looked clean from a far. However, after a few minutes, it was clear the housekeeping was not at all being done. The air-conditioning was almost satisfactorily. Definitely worked in a pinch. Would I stay there again? Honestly, not a chance. read more

This hotel is deceptive from the pictures. It's smaller and dingier than it looks. Their pool is also under construction. We stayed five minutes, and they wouldn't refund our money. Terrible customer service, the manager never called me back. read more

I made the mistake of staying here because I was trying to save 20 dollars... oh.my.goodness..... all I can say is I had to self talk my way through the night. The hotel is dirty, the rooms need repair ... they are out of hand soap , but they did offer to give us some extra shampoo to use... which was nice.... The kicker was when I went to use the tissue that was inside a silver box... it was wet..... You should really rethink what is important to you. Money or cleanliness. read more

One of the better hotels I've stayed in during my road-trip. The hotel feels safe, isn't noisy and is right off the highway. We stopped here on our last leg to Portland and stayed in a queen sized bed room for around 80 dollars. Checking in was quick and our room was clean. The room isn't massive literally looks like a bed room and the bathroom is small but it is cozy - the heater works really well and you have all the basics like a microwave and refrigerator. One thing they didn't have was a bathtub which was a bummer because I like soaking my feet after a long day. Breakfast was a nice setup, hot eggs, sausages, hash browns and a waffle machine. Overall a decent experience and hit the road on a full stomach. read more

I usually don't right reviews but I really can't bite my tongue with this situation... The reason for such a low rating has nothing to do with any immediately noticeable first impression or even the hotel as a whole. infact, if not for my experience last night I would probably say this place is one of the nicer and more affordable places in the area. BUT... not five minutes after we walk into our room and start getting into our bathing suits does my 4 year old son pull out a nasty used tampon from under the bed!!! I mean what?!? I was mortified to say the least... I didn't know what to do except slap it out of his hand and scream like a terrified puppy to my wife in the bathroom... And that's not even the part that drove me to write this.. after hurrying and disinfecting my child we quickly fled the room to the pool where my wife quality notified the front desk of our unfortunate situation, she was in response given a card for the general manager and told that there was nothing that they could do about it? Oh no.. it doesn't stop there... After being told we couldn't even be moved to a new room, this morning when we contacted the general manager and explained what had happened we were told nothing more than he would look into the incident and make sure it's addressed... good by. That is the end of the most insulting experiences that I have ever had with a business and the reason for such a extensive rant. read more

I give 1 star due to, I was given a discounted room and to recoup the cost. the Sleep Inn staff accuse us of a stealing a pillow. Booked a pet friendly room online. Drove 8 hours. Arrived lady at desk said we have no pet rooms so I can not help you. I went to another hotel. I was charged a no show charge $100.37. The room was smaller than I expected, but very nice and clean. Has all the amenities with nice decor, very comfortable bed, plenty of towels. Easy check in and friendly staff, was kind of shocked that they charged my card before I got the keys, I am used to charging card at departure. Pool and hot tub are the highlights! Both indoors and heated. Plenty of pool towels available. This was a huge plus for me and the reason why we will return to stay. Open until 11 p.m. is nice. Nice breakfast available and I took advantage of it and returned to room to eat and watch some news. Location is next to freeway with easy access, no road noise heard in room. The only downfall to this stay is they advertise truck parking and there is NONE. The parking lot does not accommodate for larger vehicles and definitely not if you are pulling a trailer of any type. Parking spaces were built for cars and smaller trucks. Hard to maneuver a 1 ton truck in lot and had to park my trailer across the street from hotel, which I was not to happy about, wanted to dump trailer in the parking lot at hotel but I would of never gotten it in a spot due to small parking lot. read more

Kristy was so accommodating with my late check in. 5 stars is not enough to truly evaluate her level of customer service. Thank you so much Kristy. You made me feel so welcome and I am so grateful. It's been a tough trip here for me, but you made it so much better. Have to note that the harsh white lights as opposed to soft white are just that, harsh, hard on the eyes, providing no warmth or ambience. Feels cold and uninviting, Cheep really. Absolutely worst hotel I've ever been, my mother in law , fiancé, and I stayed there a couple nights ago. Absolutely disgusting they have roaches in room 221. I took pictures. Booked room several days in advance for a wedding. Went to check in in the middle of the night when the front desk told us she would let us have the room because we lived 30 min away. No explanation no assistance to find another hotel. Just stranded us in the middle of the night during a month with heavy bookings. Keep in mind we're a married couple, middle aged /college educated professionals that drive a new Prius. We aren't engaging in suspicious business or look like the type that would. Absolutely strange experience, we have rented so many hotels in our area next to big events we attended for years and never had a problem. read more

I have NEVER written a review before, but my experience here was so terrible I feel I should warn people. Let's start with the front desk employees, rude and unhelpful. I spent two days trying to get ahold of someone who could help me book a room. I was put on hold for 30-40 minutes both times I called. I usually book hotels online (like the rest of the world), but I was forced to call because I was booking a business trip under my employer's card. When I arrived at the hotel, the first thing I noticed was the god awe-full stench. The entire hotel smelled like cheap takeout that had been left to bake out in the sun. My room was disgusting. Floors needed to be vacuumed, I'm not sure when the bathroom was last cleaned, and the A/C unit sounded like a rocket ship blasting into space. My coworker found blood smeared down the side of the toilet and a half-eaten salad in the refrigerator. While waiting in the lobby to meet a few coworkers, I watched the front desk employee lose her mind. She slammed the phone down only to pick it up again and start arguing with the next customer. After slamming the phone down a second time, she proceeded to argue with a customer who approached her in the lobby with a question. This poor guy wasn't asking much but ended up on the receiving end of an adult throwing a toddler-like tantrum, stating that she was having a "rough day." I work in customer service and am painfully aware of how frustrating people can be, BUT having a lousy day doesn't excuse child-like outbursts. I don't care where you work or what you make; your behavior directly reflects you and the company you represent. To those looking to book a room I would instead pitch a tent next to the highway then stay one more hour at this shitty excuse for a hotel. Either lower your prices or set some standards. THE BEST PART: My employer was never refunded for our stay. Even though we left a day early and expressed our health and safety concerns we were told this was "policy" and there's "nothing they can do." read more

I'm not going to harp on all the details, believe me... the list goes on. I just want to steer good people clear of the mistake of staying here, as a matter of fact, at 2:30 a.m. I left and went to a different location,(motel). In a very sketchy area. The grey haired older lady is very mean and has zero customer service. I cut myself in the parking lot and the employees had zero care when I asked if they had a first aid kit they said "no they don't" didn't even look up at me. The microwave does not work what so ever and they have maybe 10 channels on the tv. We were gone from 10am to 5pm and our room was not touched. Both comforters have yellow stains on them. Would not recommend this hotel at all. STAY AWAY read more

I spent two nights here with my pup that had to have surgery at a local vet. They gave me a room off by itself so my pup would not disturb other guests. The room was great and the bed comfortable. The shower was set up for disabled so was a little awkward to take a normal shower. The staff was amazing! I needed help the day I was leaving. The desk clerk sat with my pup while I get her kennel situated in my car. The entire staff was helpful and friendly from the time I arrived until I left. My friend and I stayed there on 5/22. She had appointment for a procedure at a clinic the next day. First, they charged her $25 to get in the room early (one hour), then the next day when she asked if we could stay a bit longer until her appt (1.5 hours), they said she had to pay an additional $25. Foyer smelled of smoke, stairwells covered in dirt and mud, and small beds though they were very soft and comfy, like sleeping in a cloud. Breakfast was oranges and waffles. Breakfast was pretty darn good. Pool and hot tub were nice. AC worked well. Pillows were decent. Bed was a bit worn and I fell off the side because it dipped that way. Where to begin? Maybe at the front door? I had to walk around the water heaters that were sitting in front of the front doors to go inside. They sat there the entire time of my stay--3 days. Then the Cable service for entire hotel was not working and hadn't been for days with no hint of it being fixed in near future. The next morning, we went to where they offered breakfast but apparently--during the covid shutdown--they removed all tables/chairs and they've never been brought back so we had to eat standing up. Those are the highlights so I probably would avoid this place unless nothing else is available. read more

Clean, polite staff, comfortable bed. Convenient 24 hour pool + Hot Tub. (No kids after 10:00 pm which is very nice.) For the price you pay, it defenitely better than anything else around that price. Do keep in mind that you are not staying at a Hilton or Hyatt ect... So walls are not the greatest in terms of sound proof nor is it going to be a grand experience. But if you are just looking for a location to sleep, get free breakfast, WiFi and possibly spend sometime in the pool or hot tub this is ideal, especially with the great prices. read more

WARNING! DO NOT STAY! This hotel pre charged my credit card $150 "for incidentals" supposedly because I booked through a third party and they felt this wasn't relevant information to share when I called before checking in, when I checked in or when I checked out. While I am quite accustomed to hotels keeping a card on file (I travel extensively) I have never had a hotel charge my card without explaining that they would be doing so. When I called to complain I was informed there was "Something on the counter that explained it." I'm afraid I don't find this "policy" to be on the up and up. I will not be staying at a sleep inn again. Update: More than 24 hours have passed and the charge is still pending when I called to ask why, the woman on the other end first informed me that I was being charged for not showing up. When I pointed out that I had in fact stayed in the hotel and didn't know what she was talking about I was then told that it was my bank not the hotel that hadn't dropped the charge. I have made an additional review with the Better Business Bureau and there I found that I am not the only person who has had this problem with this hotel. As It was a holiday yesterday I will wait exactly 24 more hours before I pursue this legally. read more

Poor property. Motel room floor was filthy. The faucet in the bathroom required two hands because if you lifted the faucet, the entire assembly would pull out and away from the vanity. Pathetic. Resurfacing parking lot the day I checked in, so they suggested I park across the street ( off property) in weeds and dirt. Motel offered breakfast; however, if you wanted to eat breakfast, you would eat your bowl of cereal standing up. Big breakfast room, but not a single table or chair. Adjoining sitting area with a small couch and two chairs were also off-limits because they were wet. And the price of staying for three nights was well in excess of $500 for three nights. I suggest you stay away. read more

Why have a masks required sign on your front door (Nampa, ID Sleep Inn) if not a single employee (front desk, breakfast setup, cleaning staff) wears one? The staff is incredibly rude. They don't clean the rooms or even bring towels or soap and act like it's a ridiculous request. The Mexican breakfast lady is extremely rude... something I've never seen before in my life. I have decided on a new rule for hotels. If it has the word "Inn" anywhere in the name, I can expect to be pissed off at some point. As a corollary to this, it will also be suitable for overnight sleeping only and not extended stays. This one, for instance, had a couple things I sort of despise in my hotel accommodations, namely no bathroom door (sort of...turned out it was welded into the wall somehow), no bathroom fan and the bathroom sink outside of the actual bathroom. The sink outside was less of an issue this time, since it was just me staying there, but I find that practice mind-boggling. Aside from that, decent fridge, microwave, both tastefully inset into the desk. TV stations had minimal channels, however. Drapes in front of the AC again also...not sure why hotels can't figure that out. The bed was ok, pillows an odd density that was neither soft nor hard, but a weird sort of consistency that conspired well against me getting decent sleep there the first night. The place was overall pretty clean and well-kept, so good there. They also serve a hot breakfast, of sorts, but nothing I cared to try. Excellent choice in the vending machines and an ice machine as well, both with decent enough access. The interior of the room also had this round column thing in it that I was pretty taken with. Soap was the lotion-y variety, which I didn't dig much, but the shower itself was ok, aside from the door dripping all over the floor. The staff was also mostly friendly overall, but a bit standoff-ish as well. It's also very convenient to I-84. I'd consider staying there again, but not longer than overnight and not if I could find something without a bathroom sink outside the actual bathroom. read more

I was very skeptical when booking this room, but we got a king "mini-suite" for only 66$. We needed a place to stay for a wedding out at the Ste. Chappelle Winery, and we decided this was the place. It is RIGHT on the freeway, but I like the sounds to put me to sleep, and we could only hear it when the window was open. If you were really worried about it, you could request a room on the other side. Our room was MASSIVE. Full dining table, kitchen/sink closet etc. Way bigger and nicer than I was expecting. The bathroom, doesn't have a fan, but its huge & the shower was great. There was also a vanity outside the bathroom so no steamy mirror! (YAY). The free breakfast was good, served from 6-10 am. The free wi-fi also worked just fine. The bed was soft and had 8 or 9 pillows on it. Different sorts so I could have the hard ones & my husband could use the feather ones. There was a tube TV but for the amount of time spent in our room, I don't really care. The front desk ladies were always nice; they even had scissors and help me cut the hanger bands off my dress! haha. My husband used the indoor hot tub & pool and said there was not a soul there with him, and they were nice. If we find ourselves out in nampa, we would choose this hotel again! read more
