When I called, I was told my file had been closed even though NOTHING was actually fixed. They promised to call me back again... another week went by, still nothing. I called yet again, and now they claim they "don't see anything" in their system. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers or the quality of its products. I've wasted weeks chasing them just to be ignored. The couch is junk, the service is a joke, and I'll never buy from them again. Save yourself the headache and spend your money somewhere else!

Because it was not 1 year old it goes through the manufacturing warranty and they have no parts!! Over 3 weeks with out a refrigerator and timing on the parts. The Brick will not even try to help up get the repair quicker or exchange the refrigerator. Needles to say we had no choice but buy another refrigerator but from LEON's this time.
