Called Plush who sent an ïndependent" inspector out who verbally told us we had a case and one sofa was under filled and then wrote a report saying nothing was wrong (he was paid by Plush). I am left with 2 under filled sofas and wish I had read the real reviews on Plush on productreview.com before I purchased from them. Next time I will NEVER go to Plush, only take stock recommended by friends and sofas where the filling can be accesses and rectified easily if needed. Overall Plush, terrible appalling service, inferior products and useless warranties. Once bitten twice shy.
