Found her to be short tempered, intolerant, complaining about the tough life of a doctor, attempts to over charge.

Dr. Stephan Burgeson -- hands down -- is the best Dr. I have ever worked with. If you're…read moreconsidering working with him, have an initial conversation with and see if you're not blown away. For approximately the same price as the high-end iPhone (including a case and apple care), you can get personalized concierge medicine. Dr. Burgeson has made a form of medical care that was previous exclusive to the rich -- i.e. concierge medicine -- and made it available for everyone. One of the many things I love about Dr. Burgeson is that I can visit with him via Skype, text message him when I have questions, or just send an email (I usually hear back within an hour or two). Finally, I love that he really makes the time for his patients. My first visit with him was 1.5 hours, and most of that visit was us just chatting about my health goals. And because of the way he runs his practice, when you visit him you're usually the only patient there. I wish I had found Dr. Burgeson earlier. His practice is the anthesis of everything wrong with our current medical system. Finally, I wanted to comment on the 1-start review left on this page. I'm pretty sure that review was intended for a Dr. in Memphis Tennessee and not Dr. Stephan Burgeson in St. Paul, Minnesota. Everything about that negative review is just plain wrong. Especially the part about Dr. Burgeson "only caring about the money." Indeed, if someone were only in it for them money there's no way they'd choose to independently growth this kind of business from scratch; it's much faster to grow a medicine practice within the existing system, with insurance payouts, etc. P.S. I should also mention that the Dr.'s assistant, Jenni, is also fantastic. They make a great team.

When we moved to the Woodbury area a couple of years ago, we had to start with a whole new doctor's…read moreoffice. After doctor shopping for about six months, we found that we really liked the HealthEast Woodbury clinic. The doctors and other practitioners are great, for the most part, the clinic is kept very clean and as a patient, you can almost always get same day appointments provided you call in when the appointment line opens at 7:00 am. The only problem I've had so far is the fact that if you or your children are having a checkup/physical, many times, the receptionists won't take a co-pay just in case your particular insurance plan doesn't require one for preventative care. Unfortunately for my family, our insurance makes us pay a co-pay for every appointment, no matter what our reason is for coming in. These unpaid co-pays can add up quickly with two young children and it is rare if I get an actual bill for them and they are soon forgotten. Fast forward to nearly a year later and I get a bill for 3 co-pays that are about to be put into collections. I don't mind having to pay the $60 but I would have liked to have been told before it was at risk of going onto my credit report. The last few checkups we've had have, we have paid a co-pay before seeing a doctor, as we should have from the beginning. Perhaps, their SOP has changed recently or they finally understand that my insurance requires a co-pay for everything. Just make sure that all of your billing stuff is taken care of as we weren't told about any outstanding balance for almost a year, not even when we came in for appointments or called to schedule one. Overall, the HealthEast Woodbury clinic is a convenient, well run clinic. Over the past two years, we've developed a great relationship with our doctors... they even go out of their way to remember things about our family. It's been a generally good experience. Everyone there is just so great. One more tip: come to your appointment maybe 5-10 minutes earlier than you typically would just in case there isn't any parking in the clinic lot and you have to park at the hospital. There is a free valet at the hospital but you'll still have to walk through the hospital to get to the clinic, also just because the valet is free, doesn't mean you don't have to tip. It is pretty embarrassing to have to dig through your car to tip the valet driver in quarters and dimes if you don't carry much cash like me and you don't want to be the yahoo who doesn't tip. So if you don't have money for a tip, park in the hospital lot.

On 1/12/2026 at 6:45am I was supposed to have a doctor appointment with Anthony James Christnovich…read more This was supposed to be a Neurology appointment. To my surprise after driving around for well over 45 minutes not finding this supposed building assuming it clearly doesn't exist. I had even stopped into woodwinds hospital just to be told that I need to drive around to the other side of the building. Because the "renta cops" there could not help me. They refuse to walk me to neurology. Needless to say, I never found this "1875 Woodwinds" address. It CLEARLY doesn't exist! This appointment was made 5 months ago. I'd like to know why the hell I was never notified that this building / address is not in existence! I better NOT be getting charged for this appointment either - because that won't be getting paid! Unprofessionalism is completely ridiculous! (even stopping inside SEVERAL nearby businesses, asking for directions) So apparently I just have to continue living in pain and agony with my feet. Feeling like I'm always walking on hot broken glass, puffiness, redness, hotness and falling and being off balance constantly. Oftentimes I even have to walk and use a cane to stabilize myself enough to balance to even try to walk. So apparently I just have to live with all of this pain because there is no doctor that is able to correct this or help me.

If you live in the Lakeville, Eagan or Burnsville area and are looking for the best primary doctor…read moreyou can find, Dr. Thadepalli is as good as it gets. Until this past year, I've enjoyed good health, but suddenly suffered a myriad of symptoms that I saw two primary care doctors, both of whom left their practices, leaving me undiagnosed. I had so many symptoms that came on so suddenly, I was unable to work for the first time in my life and I dreaded going to yet another doctor. I feared I'd be mistaken for a hypochondriac or worse, but Dr. Thadepalli listened to me and asked questions as I talked, almost as if he'd been reading my (non-existent) diary. Dr. Thadepalli quickly diagnosed me, making me comfortable that the treatment plan he prescribed would address my health issues step by step until I was back to my old self. He had me see some wonderful specialists, knowing just who to send me for compassionate, expert care. Dr. Thadepalli made me feel that he would not be satisfied until I was not just better, but thriving. He took his time with me, listened carefully, demonstrated a high level of expertise and went to bat for me twice: once with my health insurance regarding medication coverage and the second time, with my short-term disability carrier, without my even asking. I know for a fact that he worked late into the evening on a couple of occasions to tirelessly advocate for me, which I am eternally grateful for. Now, I am almost back to my former self and just wanted to advocate for him. Thanks to Dr. Thadepalli, I didn't lose my job and my husband has his wife back and our children have the old me back again. Dr. Thadepalli, I know how hard you've worked for me and know that you bring dedication and championship to patients when it just seems too much to go on. I want you to know how much I appreciate it these several months later. My husband, son Jon and I will all be seeing you this new year for all of our health care needs. Thank you for all of your advocacy and championship and for believing things would get better at a time I'd lost hope. You are a treasure.
