We did the day long introductory lesson…read more We spent a few hours practicing the land techniques which is definitely a good core workouts. We took turns practicing which allowed one of us to practice while the other ate the sandwiches we brought and took pictures. Once we had confidence, we took the leap and flew down to the sand 3 times. It was amazing and I felt completely safe with the instructors who were extremely accomodating. With the variability in the weather, we could not plan ahead of time, but we lucked out that the winds were great and scheduled the class the day before.
