That's when I decided to find someone else to do my taxes. I found Frank Dipaola and decided to give him a try. Frank immediately identified what the other tax processor had done wrong and corrected the issues on my 2021, 2022 and 2023 taxes. Again, Frank quickly identified what was wrong and corrected those taxes. Once those were amended/completed, he was also able to move forward and process 2024. Frank Dipaola's customer service, Ethics, integrity and professionalism was outstanding. Frank is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to tax processing. He frequently asks me about tax deductions that I may not have thought of to make sure I get the best refund possible. I highly recommend Tax Form Processing, LLC/Frank Dipaola.

It was hard to find a place with reasonable prices that had availability for the 2020 tax year. Enter Eva. I had a great experience working with her virtually- everything other than the initial phone call was done by e-mail and her secure portal. She walked me through the whole process and went back and forth several times to show different options I had and what the difference was monetarily. She took a great deal of time to go through tons of documents for us, and got everything e-filed quickly and we received our refund via direct deposit pretty quickly. So overall, I highly recommend Eva for your tax and other accounting services including business taxes.

I spoke with a large number of consultants - tax attorneys, CPAs and enrolled agents. I am sad to say there are many consultants (with all the trappings of a professional firm) - promising you fantastic outcomes - better than you could have hoped for or imagined - and asking for very large, non-refundable payments up front. Good judgement can be clouded by anxiety and fear, and I almost fell prey to one of these consultants. Luckily, I slept on it, woke up and started searching again - and this time, landed on Harper Tax Solutions. Our tax matter has been negotiated. Zuzana has provided careful, thoughtful guidance throughout the processes. Her detailed analysis of our situation and her efforts on our behalf with the IRS have resulted in a fair and realistic solution. Zuzana was thorough, informative and pro-active. She was able to answer every question I had with accurate, detailed and easy to understand information, providing clarification and guidance that others could not. She was able to anticipate the IRS's requests, and provide realistic advice with our best interests at heart. She is extremely savvy when deciding how best to share information with the IRS and negotiate resolutions. Her command of the tax code is impressive. It is abundantly clear that her professionalism and knowledge garner the respect of her clients and the IRS agents she is working with on their behalf resulting in the best possible outcomes. Zuzana Harper is immensely professional, knowledgeable and kind. She is providing us will ongoing monitoring with the IRS and tax consultation to ensure we never have a misstep with the IRS again. I cannot convey the degree of stress reduction, renewed hope, and confidence I quickly came to enjoy as I began working with Zuzana to resolve our situation.

The IRS said I owed them almost $2600 but I didn't think it was correct. Instead of me wasting time trying to figure out what was wrong, I called Harper Tax Solutions. Zuzana was able to determine why this happened and she was able to fix it! Within 2 weeks we received a response from the IRS saying I no longer owed anything, including penalties and interest! Awesome! I don't normally write reviews but the service was beyond exceptional and she took the stress right off my shoulders.
