If you are a sign company, we strongly recommend turning down any jobs Regency offers you. They will not render payment when the job is complete! They do not pay vendors! We did three jobs for them in March 2016 and have yet to receive payment. We've tried getting in touch with the individuals that placed the order and their accounting contacts. We've called and been hung up on, been told someone else needed to sign a check, were informed that someone needed to get the check in the mail, and have spoken with two or three accounting representatives at this point. Funnily enough, one of the original individuals that requested a site survey last March called back last month and wanted to know if we did site surveys. She'd forgotten that they'd worked with our company in the past and had yet to pay a VERY outstanding balance. If you are a sign company and Regency contacts you to do any kind of work, we'd suggest sending them elsewhere.
