Their best solution was for my parents to leave their car and walk home if they need to. (My parents are 72 and 70 years old and they live 13 miles away from where they were stranded. When I told them that their response was " well, we can cancel it if you'd like." NO WHAT I WOULD 'VE LIKED FOR YOU TO DO IS TELL US IT'S GOING TO BE AN HOUR AND A HALF WAIT! AND TELL US TO CALL SOMEONE ELSE THE FIRST TIME WE CALLED NOT WHEN WE'RE CALLING TO SEE WHERE THE HELL YOU'RE AT.
