Between my friend and I, we did drop several dollars and are looking forward to returning. Because I have an affinity for Asian art, I purchased some origami crane earrings and an origami greeting card. I also found an adorable hand-carved mouse that fit perfectly with an inside joke in my circle. The staff was super helpful and they provided "artist's cards" with each purchase. The card gave info on the artist and really help connect your purchase to the inspiration behind it. I loved that idea!! Every time I visit Columbia, BLUESTEM will be on my list of MUST DO's.
