Sooo much fun! My first time skydiving & I didn't have a ton of info and the instructors were very helpful, kept me calm, and gave instructions as we went. There was a lot less info beforehand than I thought but in hindsight, I think I liked having instructions as we went so I didn't have time to be nervous (or AS nervous lol). I loved the video taking too!! They did such a good job making it vlog style so if you're debating paying the extra $20 for vid instead of just photo, do it!!! Highly recommend TC skydive!!

I turned 65 in May and this was on my bucket list. I decided now or never and did a tandem jump June 29th. IT WAS AMAZING!!! All the people at Skydive Twin Cities were wonderful and made me feel like they have done this a thousand times before (because they have); they were very safety conscience, friendly, funny and put me at ease. If you've thought about doing it, I'd urge you to do so!!

I'd give it huge 10 if I could. A tandem jump was on my bucket list and amazingly my son, Jim, surprised me with a tandem jump for my 75th birthday. The whole experience was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Word spread and everyone wished me Happy Birthday making the day even more special. The staff was phenomenal and my instructor/tandem partner, Brian from Utah, encouraged me the whole way. His calm, professional and knowledgeable manner was so welcomed. He got me to the doorway of the plane explaining every step. I was ready to take the leap. Best 75th birthday present I've ever had. A special thanks to the photographer, Cheyenne, she captured the moment perfectly. Cannot wait to jump again lol!

Great first time experience. Group of 6. A little intimidating signing your life away, but the experts made you smile and laugh while you waited. Was pretty busy so be prepared to wait, bring a light snack or lunch. Waited 2.5 hours but nice day so soaked up the sun and conversation. Would do again in a heart beat.

I am no daredevil, but this was on my bucket list. My goal was not only to fly, but to enjoy the whole experience leading up to it as well. I didn't want to be terrified, have a panic attack, throw up or pass out.... I watched many of the videos that Skydive Twin Cities posted on their website over a period of days to desensitize myself. I visualized being a hawk soaring through the air. It worked! I wasn't scared at all and was so excited!!! If you are doing a tandem jump they do it all. You don't even have to jump. You walk to the edge and they tip you out! Blaine was my tandem buddy and he cracked jokes the entire 9 minute ride up through the clouds. I felt safe attached to him! After he pulled the chute he even let me steer. What a rush! Air rollercoaster! Our landing was perfect as we landed on our feet. Everything happened too fast. I can't describe the feeling. I wanted to go again! One of the top moments of my life (along with getting married and two childbirths....) I literally had a perma-grin for a week. When I think of my flight I well up with joy... Priceless incredible memory! Tip: Pick a day with some small puffy clouds in the sky so you can tell how high you are. 13,000! I find myself constantly looking up now remembering being above the clouds.

Someone from work organized a skydiving day. We had a potluck with a group of about 50 people, there was plenty of room for us to set up and there are even grills there to use. Around 25 of us jumped. It was a fabulous experience all around. I spent the extra money and got the photo and video package, and I'm so glad I did! It is worth every penny. It was my first time skydiving and it won't be my last. The staff were amazing, informative, and helpful. I cannot wait to go back. And like I said.... get the photo and video package! It is so worth the money, I promise!

This place is amazing. The staff seem like they're family, and treat their customer the same way. I seriously can't wait to go again! You only looking be once! I love that it is a lifestyle, but I'm an old hippie and love love

If I could give ten stars, I would. Skydive Twin Cities in Baldwin did an unbelievable job in making our first skydiving experience memorable. The staff are all very friendly, our instructor (and my tandem partner) Brad... aka Bird... was insightful, informative and cool as a cucumber. He made us feel very much at ease and yet was 100% professional when it came time to take the leap. My camera man "XBox" did a great job with photos and videos of the jump! Overall I can't say enough great things about these men and women at Skydive TC. 10/10. Will. Jump. Again.

    Up up and away!

My instructor Noah was incredibly helpful, coaching me calmly and very patiently through all the mechanics. Taking time between each 1 min 45 sec session to review the flight and give helpful feedback with great encouragement. Would highly recommend this place for anyone considering some tunnel time for practice towards their AFF, the coaches are friendly and attentive!

$$ iFLY I will be 66…read moreyears old in September, and I want to think of myself as somebody who is adventurous and spontaneous, but sometimes my body tells me that's not a smart thing to do. However,I've always wanted to know what it was like to freefall without actually jumping out of an airplane, and to try the indoors wind tunnel experience, but never found the time to do it. Have you ever felt like you were getting a message from the beyond from a loved one who wants you to try something new. My brother Roy passed away from ALS last year, and his motto was "get busy livin', or get busy dyin'" as well as "go big or go home". So you can completely understand what happened next: While visiting Minnesota last week, I was heading to Ridgedale (a shopping mall in Minnetonka) and as I came around the corner on the frontage road to park, I saw a very large building with the iFLY logo on the side. I thought "this was meant to be", and pulled into the parking lot. Everyone inside this building was kind and personable. And if you just wanted to sit and watch people fly, you could do that as well. But I am the adventurous sort and thought "it is time to fly" The first person I met was Brooke. She got me all signed in and gave me a form to fill out so they would know that I was OK to fly. The next people I met were Justine and Megan. We shared a secret about squirrels and had a wonderful lighthearted chat about life. These two people are beautiful souls! My last two encounters were Noah, my flight, instructor, and Donny, who was behind the controls of the wind tunnel. Both these gentlemen were wonderful, lighthearted, and made me feel completely secure when it came time to step into the wind tunnel. Because I did not have my phone at the time I did not get a photo of Donny or the wonderful message he would put up on the message screen that said "flying squirrel". This experience was one of a lifetime! If I had walked into this place in Minnetonka, Minnesota and the atmosphere was not as wonderful as it had been I probably would've turned around and walked right out. But the people there made me feel like family and made me feel important, which is not a feeling you normally get when you step into an establishment. Do I recommend this for anybody who has adventure in their heart...ABSOLUTELY!!! Also, the question that I was asked at the end of my session was "would you go skydiving?". The answer is "absolutely not! Why would I jump out of a perfectly good airplane? " Wishing you nothing but safe journeys and go make some fabulous memories!
