THIS WAS A ONCE IN A LIFE TIME EXPERIENCE MADE EXCEPTIONAL BY A TOP TIER STAFF! I have nothing but good things to say about this space. Although pricy, this sky diving experience was amazing. They offer photo and video packages you can purchase for an additional fee. All footage is captured on a go pro. I went tandem jumping with my sister and booking on line was a breeze. Upon arrival, the staff confirms your information and also the safety waver. We were briefed on how the parachute works and were then introduced to our instructor. After more safety information and getting fitted to a harness and goggles we got ready to walk to the plane. From wheels up to landing safely (thankfully) on the ground, I felt scared but safe. That was thanks to the staffs confidence! At the end of the experience everyone got a chance to view videos and photos. Easy parking. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They give you a small training session so you know what to expect and make you feel comfortable. We got a little anxious because they suited others around us and then they all got in the plane and left. A little worried and anxious. After that group departed the plane they did come back to get the remaining. But communication would have been a little better. We even asked the counter person and she didn't know we were left behind. But all is good. They came back for us. The jump and view is amazing. Oh and don't buy the $15 googles. The instructor suggested not to wear. read more

This was the most amazing experience of my life! From the ease of booking to walking in the front door, the staff are amazing. they hype you up so much! My instructor was so easy going and friendly that I was immediately put to ease. the jump was the best and most heavenly experience of my life at 18,000 feet. I never skydive before and is it scary to jump out of the airplane but I would love to try skydive

Wow, what an incredible experience. My family took my father and me for his birthday since the last time he jumped was over 30 years ago while in the military. When we arrived we were greeted with smiles and told to fill out a few waivers. There were a couple of playful pups around to keep everyone company during that time. The owner was extremely detailed in explaining our training and plan of action for the actual skydive. Any fears I had of jumping were completely washed away by his explanation of all procedures. He was very funny and you could tell he was knowledgable about all of the physics behind skydiving. Special shoutout to Andy and Dave, as they were our personal instructors for the skydive. They were very fun to be around. They were very confident, knowledgeable skydivers both with a great sense of humor. Side Note: We went during the end of a global pandemic and when the world was in an uproar and any thought of all of that was completely wiped away for the 2 hours we were there. In one of those "I'll do it if you do it" moments, four friends and I decided to literally take the leap and go skydiving while vacationing in nearby Grand Haven. Unfortunately, most of our trip had been rainy and we were worried that constant cloud cover would hinder good jumping conditions after calling this place, but they said come anyway, it might clear up. Upon arrival, there is some requisite waivers and paperwork but we had plenty of time considering we were waiting on the weather. When we arrived, any fear of falling 10,000 feet was quickly dampened by our very confident instructors who carefully detailed every aspect of getting on the plane, maneuvering into position, and finally making the jump safely. Of course you may still have nerves about the whole situation, but for me, the instructors were really the calming factor: extremely personable and open about their years and experience as skydivers. Call it fate, God, or The Universe, but the weather opened up enough that we were able to get in the little plane, and then circle and circle until we were just a speck in the sky to ground observers. The skydive itself was awesome, and "awesome" is not really the best word because it doesn't fully describe the rush of adrenaline, terror, screaming, and then euphoria. In the end, the peace of mind from jumping with experienced, knowledgeable skydivers really made this a worthwhile experience. Though it'd be costly to do this every summer, I definitely would love to go again. Protip: Buy the photos. Everyone in our group bought the photos and had fun laughing at some of the zany faces that are impossible not to make while falling at terminal velocity. Don't balk at the price, especially given what the jump itself costs, because remember you just jumped out of a plane and it was awesome and the person strapped to your back will have captured some fun memories. read more

I had a great time skydiving here! The actual event of skydiving was extremely fun and the instructors were very knowledgeable about what is going on. We did a little "training session" before going up in the plane where they explained step by step what was going to happen which made things more comfortable. I had a great time overall! And then when we were about to watch our video and look at our pictures taken by gopros the instructors carried, one of the employees told me that my instructors video didn't save.. which was extremely disappointing because i was really looking forward to watching and purchasing it. But at least the parachute opened, right? read more
