Although pricy, this sky diving experience was amazing. They offer photo and video packages you can purchase for an additional fee. All footage is captured on a go pro. I went tandem jumping with my sister and booking on line was a breeze. Upon arrival, the staff confirms your information and also the safety waver. We were briefed on how the parachute works and were then introduced to our instructor. After more safety information and getting fitted to a harness and goggles we got ready to walk to the plane. From wheels up to landing safely (thankfully) on the ground, I felt scared but safe. That was thanks to the staffs confidence! At the end of the experience everyone got a chance to view videos and photos. I'm not sure if I will ever jump out it of a plane again, but I am glad my experience was with Sky Dive Grand Haven and my instructor Zach!

Myself…read morealone with 7 others paid for our jumps, sat through the class, waiting two hours while drop ins were constantly jumping just to be told there was not enough time for us to jump that day. We were promised a second jump the following Saturday by Tod Molter, (along with the first already paid for jump) for the inconvenience. We all showed up that Saturday, waited one and a half hours and the Tod NEVER SHOWED UP! We have been fighting for a refund for 8 months!
