They were dressed in suits and were very so soft-spoken and professional. They explained the process simply and asked several times if I needed a few minutes. They were also very respectful in absolutely everything that they did. The next morning I spoke with their office to finalize the arrangements. It could not have been easier, and again, such respect all the way through the process. While I hope that you don't have a need to use them, if you do, this is the place to go. Steve Hundley greeted us with a warm smile and spent enough time with us so we could choose from among the many funeral options there are. He helped us plan for cremation exactly in accordance with her wishes. He placed obituaries in the Asheville newspaper and her local newspaper in Massachusetts. There was a wide range of urns from which to choose. The bottom line, the cost, was very reasonable.
