Something pulled me into this huge and bright souvenir and clothing shop. I walked around to check out the cool knick knacks they have. They had a variety of clothing, neat souvenirs, snacks, and so much more. I am a sucker for magnets LOL. I spent most of my time in that section. They had a special on magnets. Buy a few magnets and get one free. Magnet prices vary based on color codes. I ended up buying a few magents to take home. I really don't have any more magnetic wall space for more magnets. They went into the "to be showcased" bucket when I have more space. Anyway, it is a very nice gift shop that is worth visiting if you're near this area of the Las Vegas strip. Nevada residents get three hours of free parking, just scan your driver's license at the parking exit. Inside is a fabulous galore of fantastic items for keepsakes and travel. There's also a "Stairway to Candy Heaven" and kids will love this shop. The place is so colorful and reminds me of M&M's World. They offer a variety of goods from snacks, clothing, and pretty souvenirs. Service is welcoming and friendly! Thomas, Karla, Eric, and Tina are all very kind and super helpful, and the music is awesome. Visiting this gift shop is a pleasant experience!

OVERALL : The Husband and I walked by this place a lot when we were in LV a week ago. It's located in Ballys along the corridor toward the pool/food court/monorail. I noticed the big "Grand Opening" sign and clear quartz crystal points displayed in the shop window and knew I had to take a closer look. The employee who helped us was really great. He wasn't pushy or hovering over us as we browsed. There were a lot of things to look at. If you're into feng shui, unique home decor, and/or all thins zen and metaphysical this definitely a fun shop. I picked up a quartz generator point and a little Buddha figurine for our space as well as other trinkets. Pricing was very reasonable (especially for the quartz point!) and there was nothing but positive vibes and all around good juju to be had. Heck, if they sold books, tarot cards and incense it would be even better! ;) Next time we're in LV (and in Ballys) I'll definitely make it a point to drop by. It is definitely a unique place one wouldn't expect to encounter on the Strip.

If you haven't had the chance to the Neon Museum in Las Vegas, it's worth it. This store sells souvenirs and more from the Neon Museum. There are the usually magnets and such but there are also other cool one of kind mementos like a key fob with key to the defunct Windgate Motel or a matchbook from the Dunes Casino. It's a fun escape and the prices are any worse than the typical Hudson News airport stores. Instead of one those lame 2 for $30 t-shirts bring back a piece of Las Vegas history.

She was making/having sincere convos with travelers and I heard her wish every customer as they left her shop, "Safe Travels." They tell you one price and show you that same price on the screen after ringing you up. But they charge your card MORE than what they tell you and show on the screen. I received two receipts for the same transaction with two different amounts, two different addresses, two different phone numbers and two different store names! This is intentional to avoid transparency. There are several of these stores in Vegas with similar names all owned by the same scammers. When I noticed the discrepancy in the amounts, I asked to void the transaction and they refused. I asked for my change and they refused. I asked for the owner and they refused to provide any information. Although it was a small amount, I disputed the transaction with my credit card company over the deception. In the attached photos, the register receipt fraudulently says my credit card was charged $4.32 and the credit card receipt shows my card was actually charged $4.49. THIS IS FRAUD AND IT IS ILLEGAL! You will definitely get overcharged here and they sell cheap useless crap that will break as soon as you leave, so shop at your own risk.

However, if you are staying at the hotel-casino and need something, then this is a great place to stop by. They are similar to Hudson News at the airport. Whatever you might find at an airport shop is what you are likely to find here. Perhaps one exception is the selection of alcohol. There are a number of bottled and canned cocktails as well as wine, beer, and hard liquor available here. Also like at the airport, there is one self-check out and a person on duty to check you out. The self-check out was busy and the people using it were having some trouble, so the lady who checked me out at the register was super friendly and helpful. Although pricy like at the airport, will definitely come back if there is something we need during our say.

I stumbled upon Viva Vegas the first day I was here exploring, and they seemed like a pretty affordable option for a last minute souvenir vs. me going to the airport later and probably being overpriced there. They had so many cute things from figurines to keychains to clothes to purses. I finally picked out a cute Vegas picture frame that included a lot of landmarks on the strip that I visited. There is a 4% cash discount that reflects the prices of all the items here. Since I was in Vegas, I had cash luckily! The picture frame was $11.99 then $1 in tax. So the lady told me it would be $13.00 which doesn't quite add up. It should have been $12.99. I handed her a $20 and was given back $7 in change. It was one of those awkward situations where I wanted to tell her it should be $7.01 as my change, but I let it go. I looked at the receipt and it said Roundoff Cash $0.01 which I guess means they keep the $0.01 change? It would have been nice to have been asked if I wanted to round up or not but I was not asked that. So sadly I have to take one star off for this practice. Even if it is just one cent, It's the principle in the matter and maybe they know they can get away with it with most customers. It's unfortunate cause otherwise I would have loved this store and gave it five stars.
