We live on the East Coast now, so planning a wedding in Colorado took a lot of coordination, but Ileen went above and beyond to help us find and interview vendors that we loved, and who made our day as beautiful as I'd imagined. We sat down and made a communication plan that worked and kept us on track for planning, and she was always available for me to reach out with any questions or problems asking the way. The day of was so easy and perfect! Everything was just how I wanted, and went off without a hitch! I was really able to relax and enjoy my wedding (maybe the greatest gift of all!)

Personable, accommodating, and went WAY above and beyond to make my granddaughter's wedding everything she and her fiancé wanted. From the first tour, to the day after for loading and clean up, they made everything flow effortlessly. Very responsive to all questions, very flexible on our wishes, very well liked by everyone involved. I honestly can't say enough good things about these people! The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean and very organized. Lots of extra bells and whistles come with the wedding package. You won't find a deal like this anywhere else. Trust me we looked lol! We all felt truly lucky to have had such an amazing venue for our big day! Thanks Mike and Lisa

It is not far from Colorado Springs, yet feels so private. Jason really helped with all of the pre-planning and was quick to respond to all of my questions via email. Jodi was so helpful and accommodating during our reunion stay! The meeting room and guest rooms were so nice and set up perfectly! One guest room did not have a portable cooler, but Jodi worked with us to change the guest accommodations to take care of that. There are a limited number of rooms with no stairs, but it was fine for our family. The view from the dining room was amazing! The meals were delicious, and the serving staff was so friendly and quick. The specialty breads and desserts were outstanding! We appreciated the coffee, tea, and water being available throughout the day and evening. Our family enjoyed volleyball, gaga ball, ping pong, cornhole, horseshoes, and just wandering around the grounds. It was wonderful to have a family meeting room so that we could visit and play games throughout the weekend. Overall, our family loved the Hideaway!
