I have not rated that practice out of respect, but I can tell you immediately, Westen is amazing! First, Emily, my dental hygienist, was professional, kind, gentle, and compassionate. She explained every single step of the process clearly. My teeth felt so clean afterward! During my cleaning, my one single crown came loose--I've had trouble with this crown since the beginning. I am actually so glad it did come loose! Because then Dr. Evans came in and identified the problem with that crown. They did ask me to hold his hands which also allowed me to provide comfort while they cleaned and examined his teeth. Overall, it was a great first experience and went better than I expected. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. They were understanding since we were about ten minutes late checking in. The office is nicely decorated and very clean. It's new! I like new. They seem to be a good fit for us. Baby loved playing with the toys at their kiddie table and didn't want to leave after his appointment. Haha. If you need a pediatric dentist, give them a try.
