quality is very inconsistent, the first photo is the nails that i left with this last appointment,…read morethe second photo is nails that i've left with a couple months ago. I waited 20 mins for my appointment to start, and was never given colors until 5 mins before i got brought to a chair. i'm in nursing school, so i need my nails very short and neutral colored. the guy i was with (chair 2) made me feel bad for wanting my nails short, and made me feel bad for wanting the common "milky white" color. he asked, "do you always do milky white?" in a very condescending tone. the color clearly looks like it needs another coat, and the shape is awful. i felt very rushed. i usually get beautiful nails (the second picture) and i feel like today i left with duck nails. i paid and still tipped (because he was sitting at the pay station watching me sign the receipt), said thank you and was not thanked or spoken to after paying before i left the salon. i went down the road to target after my appointment to get a nail file to fix them myself. i even used this photo as a reference. i usually love the outcome of my nails from this place but will not be rebooking with whoever works at chair #2.

And also had their hours, including Sunday hours. It was Saturday and the man yelled at me that I didn't have an appointment and I couldn't be seen. Ok I asked if they had one available Sunday. He yelled at me they were closed Sundays. Umm ok. Made an appointment for my mother today. She has gel or dip nails, but while she was in a doctor appointment I called and made an appointment because she had been saying she needed to get her nails done. A friend had recommended Anna (who was very nice). We arrived at appointment time and he told mom to pick a color. She said she decided to just remove the polish and do a manicure. He jumped up and came over to me in the waiting area and was yelling at me cause mom decided to just remove the nails and not get polish back on. He was yelling at me and accusing me of making an appointment to get in and told me she'd have to wait because they had other customers?! First visit he yelled at me cause I didn't have appointment so I left. This time he yelled at me because I made an appointment and she just wanted them removed. I was stunned. I have never had someone in my face yelling at me over nails.

I was a little flabbergasted cause why not the only thing I can think of is because I'm black cause I was not even been rude or anything I barely even said anything to them so that kinda make me feel like shit cause I've never had that kinda experience before. I definitely wouldn't recommend coming here if your skin is a little different.
