I hate leaving poor reviews for locally-owned businesses, but a poor manicure and unsanitary practices make this a place I won't return to. The unsanitary part: the nail tools used on me were given a quick wash in the handwashing sink -- not even left to soak -- and returned to a sterilization bag that was then resealed. This feels very misleading, even if unintentionally so. As for the basic polish manicure, it felt pretty rushed and incomplete. I still had excess cuticle after, my nails weren't shaped, and the polish -- despite me sitting under the dryer for the recommended amount of time -- still hadn't dried more than an hour later. This salon is not capable of making your nails look decent. The photos they use aren't theirs. They said they could do what I requested and after removing my SNS they tell me they can't do it and they offered stickers for a design I didn't any stickers of Santa I asked for lines to make a plaid pattern!!!! I now have nails that aren't even lengths and not anywhere near the same shapes. I demanded they stop touching my nails and they kept saying they could fix there was no fixing this and leave me with my own nails!!!!! read more

I did a walk-in yesterday, Tues, 9/26/'23, for a mani-pedi. Samantha started my service, but inadvertently got the wrong color. As she did the pedicure, I woke up and saw the color on my toes and noted that I didn't particularly like the look; then realized the color # was not what I had selected. Sara overheard my comment and said I could change it. I resisted at first stating I would prefer the color I had chosen be used on my hands. The color of my choice was added on my toes and looked great. But lo and behold, Sara took over the job, offered a couple of different ways to continue with applying nails for my hands. She did not stop till I was happy! Thank you Samantha and especially Sara! And I asked Sara is she the owner. She says "no, just a worker". With her dedication to service, you would think she is the owner...wanting to make the customer happy enough to return!!! read more

I received terrible service from this place. I will most certainly not be returning back to this location to get my nails done. They are extremely racist to people of color. When I told the lady as she was doing my nails that I didn't like the shape of the nails she gave me so much attitude and called me a N*gger and a fat b*tch.... (I was pregnant at the time). She handled my nails roughly causing me to bleed around my nail. I am so distraught about the whole ordeal. Please don't waste your time and money coming to this place because they do not know how to please their customers. Especially if you're black. Save the trip! You'll be doing yourself a major disservice if you come to this place. It is a filthy location, when I was leaving I saw a dead rat in the corner of my eye. I ran out of there so fast. read more

I just recently got my nails done and my nails turned out beautifully. Even though they did, the woman who did my nails (I didn't even catch her name) changed the price on my like 4 times! And? While I understand there are negative reviews ranging as far back as four years ago, under new management I find this to be one of the best places to go to. I will say the interior is not very impressive. There's nothing fancy, but the quality of work is stellar. I have found most of the people working here take great pride in their work. They also have fun and don't take it too seriously while remaining professional. I have never been hurt, cut, dismissed or treated as if my opinion didn't matter. They have cut me twice while getting a pedicure and never apologized. I couldn't wait for my nails to dry I was hurting so bad I wanted to just leave. Never going back there. They dropped a tool on the floor and just rinsed it off in the foot spa water. They reuse tools over and over so I'm sure the next person who got their nails trimmed got some of my blood on them. The lady that did my nails was EXTREMELY rude to me and did a terrible job on my nails. I believe her name was Michelle. My nails are all bumpy and uneven. And they were very expensive! I came here to get my nails done 3 days ago and my nail snapped so I came here to get it redone and I received terrible service, if you're an African-American, I don't suggest you come here because they are extremely racist, they wanted me to pay for them to fix it, and when I refused, they grabbed my sweater called police and started yelling at me for not paying them for fixing it, I don't recommend anyone to go here. I had a horrible experience here. First when i walked in they barely acknowledged me and then after asserting myself they had me wait an hour before they got to me. I came to get a full set and asked them to remove my old set. While doing so they made one of my fingers bleed and totally dismissed me when i pointed it out she called me dramatic and told me to hush. We went back and forth about her telling me to hush as that was very unprofessional. On top of that when they started my new set they didn't clean the blood or make me wash my hands. They used the same dirty tools that they used on everyone else to file my nails. Im so lucky i didn't get An infection. Beware they are not cleanly. I did not care for the mani pedi I got from there, my feet are horrible it was half done, my mani was worse she yanked my cuticles off and scratched my nails it was the worse mani pedi I have ever gotten, the place was dirty, several dead bugs on floor. I wont go back. read more

Terrible service and rude employees. The salon was dirty, they refuse to listen to the requests of the customers, and use harsh, unsanitary methods. I politely asked for a manicure before a nail service twice, and was refused and told I didn't need a manicure, and they would finish everything up at the end. I was hesitant, but ignored. When I asked for my nails to be shaped (many were at odd angles after being cut) the technician refused, saying they were already shaped. After refusing to listen to my requests four (yes four) times, I asked for them to totally remove the work because they were damaging my nails and hands by totally submerging them in acetone which is incredibly harsh and left a sticky residue all over my hands and fingers. They again, refused, told me I was wasting their time, and would still need to pay the full amount for the service. I paid to have my previous work removed and their shoddy work removed (so $5 too much after having my requests totally ignored) Both employees shouted at me to not come back and calling me a freeloader. I am a mild mannered woman who has never, ever had an experience where anyone has ever insulted me, and also have no qualms spending $50 plus a hefty tip for good, clean service where my requests are listened to. I work in customer service, and this experience has totally thrown me. read more
