I've been attending events at this location for well over a year. It's a lovely space with a nice kitchen and clean bathrooms. We have very much enjoyed our events here. The challenge is that the pricing is going up and that makes it more difficult. But I understand that cost of business is increasing for everyone. If you're looking for an event, space, this is definitely one worth looking at if you're in the area. read more

I have killed 6 rats since Friday and if you beg hard enough they put a bait box in your yard. Problem is the rats I've killed don't fit in the bait boxes. The ones I killed are about the size of a cat. read more

Save your money... it's not worth it. The house is literally made of paper and the office women who is in charge is not nice at all.They increase rent and lot rent by 10% each year. The lot rent is $600 and that on top of your house that you own and pay for. Only think about this place it's close to everything and neighbors are nice and keep to their self. read more

Manager is extremely unprofessional and office workers are rude. They like to continually harass tenants about nonsense. They take "anonymous" complaints from loonies living here that have nothing better to do. read more

This is the worst place to live!!! Beware!!! Do NOT ever buy or rent a place here!! First of all, they charge astronomical rates for rent. They made us wait 4 MONTHS to move in after telling us our place would be ready in a week. Knowing we didn't have anywhere to live. Then, we're supposed to have a shed and carport and we've been here for almost 6 months and no shed, but they want to complain and site us for having totes outside, but don't want to give us a place to store our things. So, we had to put totes under the trailer because we didn't have enough room inside. And now, all my decorations are ruined. Water got inside my totes and ruined everything. But, they don't care about you or your things. The people who own and manage this place are pieces of shit. read more

They screwed me for the next 7 years because of their mistake. Upon moving out of Sky Harbor after our rental agreement was over, they advised they would send us a prorated bill for the 9 extra days we lived there. When we received the bill, it was for the full month. I called to find out what was going on. They advised me it is an error and yes it should be prorated. They told me they would send an updated bill. Ok, sounded good. Then suddenly debt collectors call me and inform me that Sky Harbor sent the amount to collections, never sending me an updated bill. Now, for the first time in my life, I have a collections balance on my credit report. It has destroyed my score, and I was in the process of applying for a home renovation loan that I could no longer obtain. The thing about something sent to collections is that it doesn't get removed from your report even if you pay it. I called Sky Harbor multiple times to see if they could remove it from the collections agency. They won't contact me back. They don't care. Now I am being seriously negatively effected despite doing what I was supposed to do. read more
