It's not fancy and there's not facilities, but it's a clean nice basic place, staff is super nice and friendly and their massage therapist are all really good! I especially recommend my esthetician Ania, who should become a doctor. She is intelligent, offers incredible skincare advice, never pressures into buying products, and is so thorough throughout the entire facial. I've had facials at places before where they just smear product on your face, let it sit, then pretend to do extractions. Ania is AMAZING and so sweet. I have problematic skin and she's never made me feel self conscious about it. She's just there to help. Also, my most recent massage therapist, Kelly, was great! She definitely does deep tissue well. I'm going to sign up for a membership in October because I want to go every month.

Not just with the massage, but by my whole time spent with Donna. I had been having both neck and upper back pain for a number of months. I came to have a massage to help alleviate the tightness for a few days or so. Donna asked me questions about the source of the pain, exact location, and how it has progressed over the past few months. She really made the experience personalized so she would target the exact problem areas. During the session, she focused a deep tissue massage on the sore spots to really help loosen them up. The hour I had been scheduled for seemed like 15 minutes with how relaxed I was. She then gave me tips for future reference to help prevent the muscle spasms including stretches I could do at home. I have felt better since our session and the tension relief has lasted way longer than I could have ever imagined! I recommend Hands that Care to anyone looking for a personalized massage experience, where you know you are not just another customer getting the same massage as every other client. Looking forward to coming back for another massage in the future.

Okay, this is going to be long but basically you should go see Milena because she's the best on…read moreLong Island. I've been doing electrolysis for 5+ years, I have probably seen about 30 people who have hurt and even badly scared my skin. So I was super tentative to get back to it after taking a full 6 months from my last treatment, my scars were just starting to heal... but I also was growing a full beard again. So after some research, I met Milena who took so much time to listen (and see) the damage that electrolysis has done to my skin. Over the past 5 months, she has carefully conducted a blend of facials and electrolysis that is now treating the super stubborn hair I've had since I was a teenager. The best part is that the hair doesn't grow back! I can't believe it, my skin looks amazing and I don't have stubble anymore! After building a relationship with her as my electrolysis went on, I decided to try out some of her other treatments. I try to get a full facial and massage every week (it's so relaxing) and she is really open to product suggestions. I told her I like all-natural, organic-type products, so she's careful to use things that I like. I've also done microdermabrasion with her, which from other people I've heard is super painful and can leave you with open wounds-yikes! But that's the opposite of what I got here, my skin was instantly glowing and fresh and all of my pores were tiny, fine lines buffed, it was such a nice treatment. Only once when I had an allergic reaction did my electrolysis site act up, so I texted Milena who instantly gave me the best advice and the next time I went in she did a facial for me and all of the swellings went down. Seriously, I cannot rave about her enough, I trust her 100% with my skin and relaxation! She's truly the best electrolysist I've seen in the country (take it from a girl who's lived in California) and I'm so happy I found her here.

You should know that when Dr. Posner offered him this "special deal", my husband had to take it or leave it. Quite similar to a car salesman. At one point, Dr. Posner told my husband that he needed to buy new sneakers, which, of course, he could supply from his shop. The best part of the $1500.00 care was the massages. Otherwise, a total waste of time and money. My husband was still in pain and left Dr. Posner's practice before he finished the therapies. Dr. Posner is a real good salesman. I wouldn't consider him a Dr. in any shape or form. He always had an excuse as to why his therapies weren't working. Don't waste your money or time on Dr. Posner.
