Although I said it wasn't an emergency and I could take an…read moreappointment any time, they said there was an cancellation/opening the next day so I took it - they still charged me an emergency visit fee. He left a piece of the root in as it was a difficult extraction - the problem was, when I went back as it started protruding from the gum, they said "how do they know it was a piece of the tooth?" and were going to charge me to take it out (I already paid them $300+ the first time to take the tooth out. I went to another dentist ... literally less than five minutes in the chair and she popped it out. I wont go back to Dr Gresko. Positively, he was friendly.

After 2 great visits, we were forced to cancel several following appointments over the course of a…read moreyear. The reasons were personal but legitimate, as a grandparent of 5 you sometimes have to act last minute, and potentially having a flu or cold, doesn't seem like a great time to visit the dentist. With that being said, the last time we had to cancel the receptionist chirped off about not allowing us to make anymore appointments, even though the cancelation fees were all taken care of and with this case in particular, we were trying not to spread a nasty bug in a medical environment that treats many others. We have since decided to look for another Dentist, one without such a moody, condescending reception staff. You literally just answer phones, don't act like you're filling holes in teeth, or performing root canals.

Most of the work done here has fallen apart, or required remedial care. Gaps along the edges of…read morefillings, fillings which protrude and create shelves which catch food... Complaints "would be addressed" and never were. STAY AWAY!!!

I wouldn't let this man work on my dogs teeth let alone my families…read more He has a beautiful expensive office, which makes me wonder if he is overcompensating for his lack of skill. All this man cares about is money, and not what is in the best interest of the patient. He does unnecessary extractions because they pay more (especially for status) and also because he refuses to stand behind his work when fillings come out. He treats his staff like they are second class citizens- he talks down to them in front of patients and refers to them as unconfident single mothers. His hygienist has shaky hands and I seriously wonder if she is qualified to do her job. His assistant doesn't even have a high school diploma, let alone a dental assisting certificate (which is illegal) He hires random uneducated/unqualified employees so he won't have to pay for experienced employees. I would strongly suggest thinking twice before walking into this office!!
