I let them…read moreknow ahead of time when they called, and I had an overall great experience. + They were great in helping me figure out my insurance- letting me know costs ahead of time, how insurance worked, etc. There were no surprises, and they went out of their way to make sure I had an accurate picture of costs, which is not something I'd experienced before. +My dental hygienist was excellent, periodically checking in with me to make sure I was okay, along with the occasional reassurance + They really out my mind at ease about a lot of my fears, and as a result, I actually enjoyed my visit (as much as you can at a dentist!) + I saw Dr Laura Earl as my dentist, and she was also excellent. She took extra time to make sure my visit wasn't rushed and I knew what was going on. I will for sure be going back, and highly recommend this dentist. He left a piece of the root in as it was a difficult extraction - the problem was, when I went back as it started protruding from the gum, they said "how do they know it was a piece of the tooth?" and were going to charge me to take it out (I already paid them $300+ the first time to take the tooth out. I went to another dentist ... literally less than five minutes in the chair and she popped it out. I wont go back to Dr Gresko. Positively, he was friendly.

Hello: So, i broke my partial in half; used one half of it for about 4 months. Yes, it cut up the…read moreinside of my mouth and was terrible. I looked and looked and the soonest anyone get help was 6 months out; not viable considering the public nature of my work, and the pain. My dentist (shout out to Dr. Bagley: woop woop) highly recommended Scott Family Dental. Despite the excellent word of mouth and high recommendation, my hopes were not high for a quick solution. However, that changed after a detailed discussion with the courteous, empathetic and so professional, Dr. Gyula Forgo. After that first visit, I was so relieved and happy; with the timeline, the cost and the procedure. They used the newest technology to scan my mouth, have an excellent reception team (who literally allowed me to dance with joy in front of them with no judgment), and they gave me a quick solution i could afford. They offered free followup for fitting, but i haven't needed that. The new partial dentures seem very sturdy (excellent material build) and fit perfectly (literally, no pain after an all day wear at work). The reasons were personal but legitimate, as a grandparent of 5 you sometimes have to act last minute, and potentially having a flu or cold, doesn't seem like a great time to visit the dentist. With that being said, the last time we had to cancel the receptionist chirped off about not allowing us to make anymore appointments, even though the cancelation fees were all taken care of and with this case in particular, we were trying not to spread a nasty bug in a medical environment that treats many others. We have since decided to look for another Dentist, one without such a moody, condescending reception staff. You literally just answer phones, don't act like you're filling holes in teeth, or performing root canals.
