Great haircuts if you have 1 1/2 to 2 hours to spare. My god my son's haircut took almost 2 hours. I mean if the crazy price makes them cut hair slowly to make you seem as though it's a quality haircut they are crazy. I used to travel further into inner city Chicago for a haircut, but decided to give this barbershop a try since it was much closer to me. It has its own parking lot, you can schedule online, it's just so convenient. When I scheduled online for the first time, I chose to go with Rudy and he's been my go-to every single time. He's detail-oriented and really remembers what I want. On top of that, so personable and friendly that these hour long sessions fly by because we're just talking about everything under the sun. Needless to say, everyone here is top-notch. I see the work the other barbers do while i'm getting my haircut and realize that I'd be comfortable with any of them cutting my hair. I made an appointment online through their website. Made it with anyone available at 4pm. I was scheduled automatically with Biz. I get there at 4pm. Barber asks who I'm here for. I tell them Biz. They said he's finishing up. So I wait. 40 minutes later biz comes to the front. Tells me he doesn't have time for a haircut his next appointment is coming in 20 minutes.. I told him I've been waiting for 40 min. He claims it's not his fault and tells me I'm being a dick. Because I was trying to understand how the lack of communication at your business works. They'll be happy to charge you for being 15 minutes late but when they make you wait 40 min it's all good and not their fault. read more

Someone at one of my account's recommended this place. The cut was just great, my barber Andrew was nice. But $48 ... near fifty bucks for a simple fade, with only two weeks of growth, plus a wash and a 20% tip is insanely egregious for a men's haircut ... let alone a fade. Also, they were doing renovations while I was getting my haircut at their new location. So I couldn't even enjoy myself let alone hear my own thoughts with the workmen and their machinery going to town in the background. For a cut that requires upkeep every 2 weeks to keep it clean, $100 a month is asinine. I can get a cut and wash equally as good with dropping fifty bucks a session. read more

Our 2nd time coming here we had Javy cut my son's hair. The haircut itself was not bad at all, until he cut into his hair line. I had wanted a nice line, but what we got was this messed up cut. As you can see from the picture, the line is way too thick and more importantly it looks like there are 2 lines and you can see hair under it that he cut. I didn't notice it at first, but when we got home I took a closer look and was devastated as he makes his communion this Saturday and there is absolutely nothing we can do to fix this. My best bet is to go out and buy a brown spray that women use for covering up grays and hoping that works until this mess grows out. We will definitely never be making it back to this salon. Our first time we came here was with Eva and she did a decent job on his hair. This is a mess. I am completely disgusted with his hair and on top of it, in preparation for an important day for us. I do not mind paying $25 for his hair at all, but this is a $5 great clips cut. Absolutely mortified by this. read more

Do NOT go here unless you want your head jacked up. I asked for an undercut. My head was shaved except for the bangs and the sides of my hair. I went from being a beautiful blonde to a scraggly looking crackhead. My undercut is also an inch to high on one side. I look atrocious. I went to get it "fixed" theres nothing they can do. They are refusing to help me pay for extensions. I lost my job over this haircut and no way will I be able to get another one with this cut. I have fallen into a deep depression. They dont care at all. The other staff were making fun of clients who had just left when I was there this past monday to get my hair "fixed". I only gave 1 star so I could post this review. This place is twice as much as great clips but worse stylists. They had to downsize because they could longer afford the big space since they suck and get no business. read more

I had cut my own hair for over 20 years because I was never pleased with how people cut my hair. I have very straight hair that can be difficult to layer properly. My wife suggested I try lionhead, which just opened. I was definitely wary at first, but I couldn't have been happier with the result. Taylor was awesome and you could just tell that all the barbers did high quality work. She went a bit more bold than I was thinking but it turned out to be just the change I needed and still appropriate for a corporate environment. Definitely give them a look. I won't list a barber because they all have there own style and technique when it comes to your cut which is above and beyond all expectations. This is a place where I feel comfortable with any of the barbers to cut my hair. Ez and Juan run a great show there and the really care about there customers so they won't rush the cut. It was hard finding a barber that will go out of his way to cut my hair due to my work schedule but thanks to him he makes a way to get me in there! Very responsible with his appointments. I was not pleased with the service received here. I cannot speak on all the barbers, however for Jesse, unfortunately i was extremely dissatisfied especially for the price. First to start off you need an appointment scheduled. I was in the waiting room 25 mins after my appointment time. The chair was not cleaned at all, but blow dried right before i sat down. Then my haircut was no where near what I asked for, my hair was completely uneven and honestly it was embarrassing walking around with that hair cut. I will not be returning nor recommending anyone to go there. read more
