Amazing hotel! Phenomenal history. Excellent food! Bjarne is awesome! He greeted us. Took care of our luggage and got us into our room very early! We had come straight from cruise ship expecting to just store luggage till room ready. Our room was open and he out us right in. What a treat. Can see the baltic sea from our room. Nice large room. Very comfortable. Food was outstanding! Beautiful history and well taken care of. Thank you Lena and her sister in law! I forgot her name. So sorry! Maddie marie and Amelia are awesome as well! Attentive and responsive. We rented bikes and had lunch at the fort! Rode through a beautiful park and also on the beach. Highly recommend a stop here. It was a quick train ride to Nyhavn and Tivoli! This is what the annual dining week tradition - 200 DKK for a three-course meal - in Copenhagen should be about. The meals weren't huge, but they were great and gave a good insight into what else you can expect to be served at the restaurant outside of dining week.
