All I can say is try the strawberry pie! Holmgaard has it's own flour that I can truly recommend. The types of grain it's made out of is old fashion grain that has gotten its renaissance (vårmel). If used it to make some very yummy bead. If you find yourself in this part of the world I can't recommend this place enough for a little stop.

The meal came with an excellent salad bar inclusive in the 2 or 3 course meal. The desserts were also worth experiencing. The server was good but we had no explanation why our meal came up after later arrivals but we were in no hurry so the wait was worth it. The restaurant was busy on the night if our visit. Will definitely be going back before it closes in mid September.
