We happened upon this little gem while checking out the Iced and Topped Bakery Shoppe in the same strip mall. Hubby and I had already eaten lunch; however, were interested in coming back so we walked over to check out his hours. Mr. Kelley graciously answered all of our questions and let us try his brisket, BBQ ribs and alligator sausage. These were on par with the best smoked meats we've had anywhere in the United States. You would usually only expect to find smoked meats this good at a few places in the Atlanta area and in Texas. The meats were tasty and tender with a great smoke flavor being present in a big way, something you don't find at most BBQ places these days. In addition to the aforementioned meats, he smokes rabbit, chicken, etc. The game meats he smokes varies occasionally depending upon what he has available to smoke. Mr. Kelley's BBQ Food Truck can be found in the mall most days, unless he is servicing a catering event (Wedding/Birthday/Business/Celebration.) BRING CASH as he doesn't have the means to facilitate paying with credit cards with inflation rampant these days. This is a "To-Go" setup.
