By Monday the 26 I still had not heard from the dentist so I left another message . By Wed the 28th I still had not heard from the dentist so I looked up the Facebook page and message Dr Loud through email. That's when I finally got a text saying Dr Loud was not my dentist but that they would make an appt with Dr Sofia to go over my results and that would be Feb 13. Then a week later they called me and said she didn't want to go over results with me but wanted me to talk to a practitioner and she would contact me. I got an appt with her for Feb 16th . I understand that every office has its own policies, but there should be some flexibility and consideration for pregnant patients, especially when recent X-rays are already on file. They are now focused on unnecessary treatments to make money and not the patient. Do not trust them. I was on a normal every 6 months teeth cleaning scheduled. I was encourage to come every 3-4 months for teeth stain. I opted to change my home care routine and fixed the issue myself. Last month at my regularly scheduled cleaning, I was told I needed full mouth periodontal cleanings every 3 months due to "5" periodontal readings and gum tissue bleeding. I could tell she pushed the tool into the gums too far on purpose and caused bleeding. She refused to give me my regular cleaning and told me I was now diagnosed as a periodontal patient and could only receive periodontal cleanings from now on. Two weeks later, I went to another dental practice. My periodontal charting was normal and no bleeding. I do not need periodontal cleanings.
