I found this spa that offers this service. I called them because they had a 50% off coolsculpting special for that month. Bri is the one who does the coolsculpting. She's the sweetest lady. She asked me where all I was concerned about. I told her I wanted my lower belly fat gone, and the fat under my butt to be less so my butt would stick out more. She said that the "banana roll" is what they call the under the butt fat, and mine is muscular. No need to coolsculpt there, she said. I did sign up for coolsculpting my lower belly fat tho. Best decision I've made this decade. My lower belly fat is significantly less fat looking than it used to be. I'm 200 pounds, but my belly looks like it did when I was 140 pounds. I highly recommend this service. While coolsculpting, I decided I wanted to talk to someone about my acne scars. Bri brought in Amanda, who recommended microneedling for my old acne scars. I'm here for my second round of microneedling today. It hurts a little, kind of similar to getting waxed in that it hurts for a little while but has great benefits that outweigh the pain. It feels like a deep exfoliation. She uses a pen looking thing to stab me a bunch of times with a bunch of little microneedles! She numbs my skin prior to the treatment. The hardest part is not wearing makeup for 2-3 days after microneedling. I have already seen a reduction in my wrinkles. I hope to see more of a reduction in my acne scars after this session. Amanda said sometimes it takes two sessions to see results. I paid for 3 up front. You get a deal by paying for your sessions all at once instead of one at a time. This place has a lovely atmosphere. The people here are so kind. I almost consider them friends. I love the results I've gotten so far. I highly recommend The Spa at West Ashley!

Communication was great via text message and email. The check-in was quick and friendly plus if it's your first time there's a sheet or two of paperwork, depending on the service. The space is tastefully decorated and bright. I noticed to get to the office you climb a flight of stairs and another level depending on your service appointment. I meant to ask if they have elevators so when booking your appointment double check to see if it's accessible for your needs if applicable. For the head spa treatment I can't sing enough praises for Marina! She goes over the process plus uses a camera device to take a look at your scalp and hair follicles. It was super educational and fascinating to see the follicles, skin, sebum, and express what brings you in from trouble areas of breakage or hair loss. With the head massage comes oils, serums, shampoos, combs and acupressure to encourage blood circulation. There was a mini facial which included cleanser, steam, and an ice globe massage. I enjoyed feeling the tension melt away from the shoulder and hand massage. Overall the head spa treatment is an incredibly invigorating experience with the perk of maintaining hair health in a blissful manner.

Outstanding Experience at JAG Medical Spa…read more I moved to Santee, SC, about four months ago and was due for another lip filler treatment. After searching online and calling a few places, I discovered that JAG Medical Spa was right down the street from me. I decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did. My appointment was on July 28th, and from the moment I arrived, Dr. Jared and Tonya made me feel welcome. They greeted me professionally, listened carefully to my concerns, and reviewed my history with previous lip filler treatments. I explained that I wanted a natural look with a little more fullness, basically restoring the lips I had in my 20s and 30s. I felt completely comfortable putting my trust in Dr. Jared's hands. Before the procedure, they thoroughly explained the entire process and answered all of my questions, which immediately put me at ease. The numbing cream they used was far superior to anything I had experienced before, even compared to treatments I received from a plastic surgeon. Once the procedure began, I was bracing myself for the needle pinches I remembered from past experiences. To my surprise, I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Jared talked me through every step, letting me know when I might feel a slight pinch or what he described as something "spicy," which I later learned meant a mild burning sensation. Amazingly, I didn't feel that either. Throughout the entire procedure, Tonya held my hand and provided reassurance. I was expecting to squeeze her hand tightly from discomfort, but there was never a reason to. She stayed by my side until everything was finished, which meant so much and made the experience even more comfortable. When the procedure was complete, I absolutely loved my lips. The following day, I experienced some swelling, which was expected. By day six or seven, most of the swelling had subsided, and I couldn't stop looking at them. The results were exactly what I had hoped for: natural, youthful, and beautifully enhanced. I was initially skeptical about getting lip filler at a medical spa rather than a plastic surgeon's office, but honestly, I now prefer it. The care, attention, and results exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was the level of follow-up care. Dr. Jared scheduled a two-week follow-up appointment to evaluate the results, answer any questions, and determine whether a touch-up was needed. In all of my previous experiences with a plastic surgeon, I never received a follow-up appointment, phone call, or even a text message. Dr. Jared personally checked on me afterward, which showed genuine concern and commitment to his patients. Both Dr. Jared and Tonya are truly exceptional. They are professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and incredibly personable. They treated me as though they had known me for years rather than just meeting me for the first time. Their kindness, humor, and attention to detail made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The pricing is also very reasonable, which is another huge benefit. Overall, I am beyond pleased with my experience at JAG Medical Spa and absolutely thrilled with the outcome of my lips. I have found my provider, and I will continue to see Dr. Jared and Tonya for future treatments. I am officially a customer for life!
