She has been a perceptive, shining light through some truly difficult and uncomfortable times in my life. This after spending several months undergoing traditional 2x/week PT and electric stim treatment at a physical therapy center recommended by my orthopedist. After months of PT and following stretching regimen, saw only slight improvement and spent A LOT of time and money along the way. Had basically resigned myself to having a 'bum' shoulder. Someone at my office asked if I ever looked into Prolotherapy, never heard of it. I did some research and was intrigued and went back to that coworker who was a patient of Merge Medical. I made an appointment and Dr. Lovegrove performed a strength/flexibility test and determined I'd be a good candidate for Prolotherapy.
