The scar was visisble on my forehead NOT hidden in my hairline and my forehead was now lumpy. Until I asked for a refund in April 2026 she never once mentioned a revision. Moving out of state so revision not an option and why would I go back to the same doctor that left me with a visible scar on my forehead. The pictures are from Dec. 2024 to April 2026. Also, the revision is supposed to last 5 to 15 years. My one eye lasted a year. I pointed that out. Dr. Watkins was not the injector but she should feel ashamed and greedy for dismissing my concerns when the injector "used up the leftover" in various places when she felt "one vial was too much" for the vertical lines above my upper lip which was my only request. If Dr. Watkins truly believes that, I would be happy to refer her to other clinics for further education who have proven it can absolutely be done. I was hoping for a facility closer to home but not at the expense of wasting $600.00 for zero results. The only compliment I can give Anu is that Beth the office manager is very quick to response, very kind and compassionate. It's a shame Dr. Watkins has her being the fallout person instead of calling back clients herself.
