For years she has spoken so highly of Kiki that, now that my skin has started changing with menopause, I finally decided it was time to make an appointment. I only wish I had done it sooner. From the very first phone call, the experience was exceptional. Nicole at the front desk made everything effortless, from arranging a FaceTime consultation with Kiki to welcoming me into their beautiful new space. She greeted me with a smile, offered me water or tea, and immediately made me feel at ease. When Kiki came out to greet me, I immediately understood why my friend has been so loyal all these years. She has such a genuine, caring presence that I felt comfortable within seconds. I had my first microneedling treatment, and it exceeded every expectation. Kiki explained every step, so I felt completely confident I was in experienced hands. The treatment included a full facial, extractions, lymphatic massage, and attention to my neck, shoulders, and hands. I had no idea how much tension I was carrying until I walked out feeling completely relaxed. She also sent me home with aftercare products and clear instructions, which made me feel supported long after I left. Even after just one treatment, my skin already looks smoother, tighter, and healthier. Before I even left, I booked my next appointment for next month. Between Kiki's expertise and Nicole's outstanding customer service, the entire experience was exceptional. I can't recommend them highly enough!
