I went to this clinic to have some Botox on my forehead which was done by Dr Garry Cussell. I had…read morethe treatment and did not notice any improvement or feel any tightness in my forehead which would prevent me from frowning (as happened the previous time I had this at another place). The other time I had I could see an improvement and the area felt much tighter. i rang his office to complain who ten told me I would have to wait two weeks to see any improvement which I thought was highly unusual considering my past experiences. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE AND ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR MONEY.

After years of sun damage and taking certain medications, my face is not what it used to be. I have…read moresunspots and my face is not even-toned. So one day I thought I would take the plunge and get a Fraxel treatment done. This is where the clinician would administer a laser over your face which treats sunspots, discolourations and fine lines. So am I happy with the results? In a word, NO. I found out later from a friend that she was advised not to get this treatment done by a doctor because it has the reverse effect on Japanese/Korean skin. And indeed thats what happened to me. My face got a bit darker despite being diligent with sunscreen/products and the texture has changed as well. It really peeves me off that the clinician knew of my background and still went ahead with the treatment. To have this outcome is so frustrating, especially after spending all that $$ and going through a week of bad side effects. So I would NOT recommend this place at all. I would rather go spend a bit more and see someone who has Dr in front of their name...

Don't even bother. Especially not if you have a Groupon…read morebecause as the woman on the reception told me (by the way she is the owner and answers calls from her mobile), Groupon clients have no priority. First, she asked me to text her my Groupon code. I thought that was weird but I followed her instructions. Scammers. I had an appointment for the next day. The appointment day, the spa called me to cancel my appointment arguing they were overbooked and had no immediate appointments. The woman on the phone was rude. We overbooked and she refused to even give me their address saying she had 'other things to do' and that I should 'just Google their location.' She also didn't apologize for canceling my first appointment and said that because I was a Groupon buyer I didn't get priority. Just total non-sense and lack of customer service. They don't realize it's their customers who keep them in business though Groupon. I called them several times to re-book. Finally I booked an appointment and the day of the appointment I was on my way and called them to tell them I would maybe be 10 minutes delayed. The woman called me back and said that I wasn't going to get my appointment again because they have a policy where if you are not there before 10 minutes BEFORE they cancel your appointment. I told her I was walking over and did not know what to do. That this is the second time they canceled my appointment. She then said that she was sorry but I could not use my Groupon anymore and went on to mark it as 'Redeemed.' This is FRAUD! This business is stupid, their staff is unprofessional, arrogant, and I absolutely hated dealing with them. She also said I was not qualified to get a refund because she didn't feel like it. I emailed them to get a refund. I told her I'd take her to a small claims court if she didn't refund me. She tried to email me a link to make a complaint! Haha. Can you imagine a business so closed-minded they refuse to admit they should refund you for a service you never received? Groupon ended up refunding my money back. Hopefully they discredit this fraud business.

Very professional service, pleasant environment and quality treatment. I had about 20 treatments so…read morefar in the last couple of months and my body can tell a big improvement. Their booking system has some hick-ups but that is going to be fixed soon. Well done BIO

I had a terrible and uncomfortable experience in this clinic. If you are serious about treating…read moreyour skin, DO NOT GO HERE. These people have shown no interest to help. I was referred to Dr.Lim from the Skin hospital. I received proper treatment there and the doctor said they can't do anything else to help and refered me to Dr Lim in uRepublic. I called uRepublic to book in my first appointment. They told me Dr Lim was not available untill late that year and asked if I would be happy with another doctor, Prof Sebaratnam. This is quite common in my opinion and I wanted my treatment to start as soon as possible so I agreed. Obviously it did not go as expected. On the day of the appointment, we were waiting for half an hour in the waiting room. Some photos were taken of my scarring and I waited in that room for a while more before Prof Sebaratnam came to me. The doctor was was very rushed to explain and it was very difficult to ask questions and at the end he mentioned one treatment I would not recommend because it is too expensive for you. I was digesting all the information and the same time he was asking us to go after 10 minutes of consultation. I left feeling like I was looked down, also without any information about the treatment he mentioned. He did say he will send information via email however at the end nothing was received from him. The nurses there however was very helpful and sent me a few websites after I requested. However I had to call them and say I do not want to proceed my treatment with this doctor as he did not look after his patient as far as I feel and I felt very uncomfortable with him. I asked for Dr Lim availability and they said he was not also is currently still not taking any patient (for 2 years). I asked for other doctors, they said they do not have anyone.
