From the moment I called to make the appointment, to arriving and filling out paperwork, to speaking to the nurse practitioner and being on my merry way - all pleasant, comfortable and easy. The way it should be. I got to my appointment at exactly 11:00am and I was inside by 11:20am and out by 12:00pm. Considering that this was my first time there and I had to fill out paperwork and then give in detail my entire medical history (which for me was a lot) I find that to be relatively quick. I also felt that they listened to me as I was describing my issues, my history and my concerns. They even have valet for $3.00. I have a follow up in 8 weeks. One doctor sent us home with a cream and told us to scrape the wart before applying it. The other froze the wart so poorly that it left part of his finger covered in a painful blister. I always read reviews before choosing a doctor, so I was hesitant to try another dermatologist. I'm so glad we came to Miami Center of Dermatology. From the moment we walked in, Isabella greeted us with kindness and made us feel welcome. Ashley, our dermatologist, truly listened and took the time to explain everything. She told us the wart was much deeper than the previous doctors had realized and explained why the other treatments were never going to work. She carefully removed it by scraping it out. At our two-week follow-up appointment, the wart was completely gone! This was one of the best medical experiences we've had. The staff was caring, knowledgeable, and efficient.
