Thank goodness for Amber Bell! I got my eyelash extensions…read moredone by her around three weeks ago and I have so much good to say about my experience! To start, she is the sweetest thing that has ever graced this planet and is so committed to giving you the look you want to achieve! I didn't want a natural look like I had just swiped on a coat of mascara, however I was looking for something that stood out but didn't look noticeably fake. I haven't had to wear mascara in weeks and I couldn't be happier! My natural lashes won't hold a curl no matter how much I curl them, even if I use a primer or heat up my eyelash curler, they go flat in about an hour. They are quite pricey for the full set, but the refills are much cheaper, so over time they cost about the same as other salons that advertise a lower price for a full set. Backstory: I got lash extensions a few months prior and the woman glued numerous lashes together and made them all the same length. They ended up falling out in clusters about a week later and I was left with lashes maybe a centimeter long. This place was in AG and the lash stylist did not have an esthetician's license, so the best thing I could suggest is to check for that before you get your lashes done because these are your eyes you're messing with! Anyways, Amber did an AMAZING job and played great music while she applied my set. We were talking a lot of time, but there were definitely moments when I nodded off. The whole application of a full set lasted around and hour and a half and my time slot was two hours, so I didn't feel rushed or like Amber was rushing to finish. I really cannot recommend her enough! If you're considering getting eyelash extensions in SLO or nearby, definitely go to Amber Bell at Elevenses.

After the massage was over, I thought "well, that was okay" However, the next morning I noticed that the nagging pain in my left shoulder was gone! I had injured the shoulder in a fall during hiking 3 years ago and I have had recurring pain, which in the last year turned to constant pain at a level of 4-5. Not to mention reduced range of motion. I have been to an orthopedist twice and the only solution he offered was surgery. I am so happy with the results. I can now play guitar again with no pain. I consider this a minor miracle, or better yet, a testimony to her healing skills. I am so happy with the results. Will the pain return? Maybe, but it hasn't for a month now and I am optimistic. Thank you so much for your skilled, healing and therapeutic massage.

At…read more8:00 a.m. that same morning--just three hours before our appointment--we received a text canceling both massages. We had planned this well in advance and were counting on the reservation being honored. Canceling at the last minute left us with virtually no opportunity to make alternative arrangements and put a serious damper on what was supposed to be a special day. We understand that unexpected situations can happen, but a business that accepts reservations months in advance should have a better way of handling situations like this and taking care of affected customers. Based on our experience, we will not book here again, and I cannot recommend them to others. The breached there contract and there should be consequences
