The customer service is very attentive and helpful (shout-out to Johnathan!) in locating for you the right size in store or online. The price can still be steep, but if you hit up one of their additional sales you can score some amazing finds at a great deal. I plan to go back soon at the end of summer and hopefully score some good summer close-out deals.

I called the Woodlands location to confirm their policy and they said it was not their policy and would accept my items for alteration. This is not the first time I've had horrible service at Jos A Bank Clothier. This is the last time. I will find another place to buy suits and shirts and an alteration company. I will never use Jos A Bank ever again.

Miguel made sure to greet us and although busy assured us every few minutes he'll be with us which is definitely in my opinion uncommon nowadays but refreshing since that's a spark of great CS. We waited for a good 20-30 minutes which was fine since we were acknowledged and gave us time to look around. When it was our time he was focused on making sure we got what we wanted, made some GREAT suggestions and measured. All with an awesome attitude and you can tell he walks the talk. He's got great style! We picked up the suit and tried it on and it was PERFECT! No alterations and Miguel picked up on great detail to help make my son's prom suit fit his style. You might as well order it online. To get the discount you have to fill out and sign a form at the register once you checkout. It makes no sense really. Most places are digitized now. The tags were so pricy. I literally found a dress I liked (because of the print) and the zipper was broken but they were selling it for a reduced price of $7. The zipper would cost me more to repair. The tag price was $25...crazy. We spent so much time there just to leave wasting an hour. The employees seem overwhelmed and not really willing to explain how it all works for the "discounts". I'll be surprised if they make it.

The sales rep measured my feet and after a few questions to determine what I needed the shoes for the rep came up with 2 choices for the brand I was looking for Hoka The Clifton 9 and the Bondi 8 The Clifton9 is soft and pillow like feel and the Bondi 8 was a little firmer. I choose the Clifton 9 after trying both on a few times and walking around the store. These will be my work shoes as I stand and walk a lot. The rep recommended these since that is why I was buying shoes. I recommend this place as the rep was helpful and not pushy or in a hurry and answered all my questions and was super helpful. Price was not too bad either as I look as it is an investment in my foot health and comfort.
