In my experience, the office staff have been friendly and responsive. I've had two service calls that were addressed either same day or I was kept updated on progress. No trash laying around, really nice little paths to walk around, accessible trash cans and dog poop bag dispensers everywhere. Pool is great in the summer even if a little overrun by children. The on site gym is small and not a replacement for a full gym, but has decent equipment for some basic workouts. Also kept clean and maintained well. The downsides of living here people have mentioned in the bad reviews seem to have nothing to do with Cliffside itself or its management, it has to do with the other residents here that are rude or disrespectful, but that comes with all apartment complexes. This place is fairly affordable, let's me have my pets, and is totally beautiful. I'm so thankful I found it. I have like 50 thousand pictures of Mt. Rainier from my balcony. I met both of them In August 2021 and was looking for a beautiful complex my mom and her husband could relocate to from Arizona. Krystina and chayla were SO WELCOMING and professional and I fell in love with them and the apartment complex so much that I planned to move from Cliffside apartments in January, including paying extra to cut my lease at Cliffside and move to harborwood apartments. Chayla and Krystina are HIGH quality & SO professional and work together so well. You feel like family the second you walk in the door. The maintenance is always very responsive and anytime I have had to email to the apt about maintenance or a questions, they answer almost immediately. The landscape and the grounds are kept very clean at all times. I feel very safe living here and it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg for the beautiful grounds and apartment I live in. I LOVE it and will never move! I even sleep better since I am living In Such a comfortable place! HIGHLY recommend this place and Would give ten stars if I could!
